2 families came to visit for the week, the place was immaculate, the hot tub was fantastic and the location was ideal. It's a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Will come again!

We had a wonderful time at Angels Landing with spectacular weather. Josh and Meghan were very communicative and accommodating during our stay. The house is in pristine condition with great wifi, smart tvs, games, grill, awesome deck and hot tub. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, we enjoyed sunset views to the sound and an easy 5 minute walk to ocean beach. We didn't even have an opportunity to use the kayaks, but we'll save that for next time! Many thanks!

This place was perfect for our family and sweet lab. Only a few miles from dinning and shopping. Close proximity to beach, as well! We really enjoyed the hosts, they were easy to communicate with, had a great spice selection in the kitchen and a hair dryer which is so accommodating when the weather isn’t cooperating. Oh! The backyard is super cute and the gates to border off little feet and paws is a nice added touch. We really enjoyed Angel’s Landing and hope to see it again one day.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Angles Landing it is in the middle of Emerald Isle which made it so easy to visit family in Swansboro and explore the area. The house has everything you need to cook plenty of room the hot tub was awesome at the end of a busy day. I am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks so going up to New Bern was a big highlight for me.The ship in Wilmington and the Fort were right up my husband alley. We will be back for sure.

What a great house for relaxing with family and friends. Everything was just as described. The house was fully stocked and we had plenty of room to be together. I would definitely stay here again. Josh was a perfect host!

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is beautiful and close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house itself is gorgeous! It was clean and well maintained. We had easy and prompt communication with the property owners when we had questions. We would HIGHLY recommend this location and look forward to when we can stay again!! =)

Easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, well decorated, cozy deck and hot tub lighting. Kayaks and nice lounge chairs on front on back deck and canal deck offer variety for relaxing. Good communication, Wi-Fi and smart tv options.

This property was more picturesque and charming than the photos. There is a water view from the front yard and a secluded water access from the backyard. Kayak were provided and several comfy chairs and a hammock for relaxing. There are a few outdoor setting options and of course the large hot tub. The house was clean and cozy and the kitchen well equipped. The property and visit exceeded our expectations.

We had a lovely stay - property was cozy and comfortable and as advertised. Attentive hosts. We’ll equipped kitchen. Knives are even sharp. Enjoyed the large hot tub every evening after our adventures. Don’t miss eating at Circa 81 in Morehead City. Great tapas bar that is a nice break from standard fried seafood restaurants.

Excellent in every way

Standout location offers the quiet and shade of a sound-side neighborhood plus easy access to the ocean beach. We made good use of the kayaks, hot tub, and shady outdoor decks. Furnishings are comfortable and kitchen is well-equipped. We'll be back!

A comfortable and fully equipped property, exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the Bayside location and secluded backyard. The great hot tub on the back deck made for relaxing evenings after an afternoon at the beach, an easy and short walk away. Perfect for one or two couples or a family. Our hosts were informative and very responsive. Would definitely recommend it highly.

The owners were fantastic to work with. This is not a beachside McMansion. It is not tacky and ostentatious but comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. It feels like a house you would want to live in. Only negative is you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach—as for the 6 minutes walk, maybe if you are power walking. If you like to spend the whole day at the beach and bring an umbrella and cooler etc. it is fine but if you want to be able to feel like you’re at the beach without having to sit out there all day it is a bit too far.

The property was well kept, very inviting and private. Myself and family plus our little pooch had a great time. My best part is the deck, especially with the plants it gives it such a lovely and homely touch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall great experience. House is on a very secluded road and is about a 5 minute easy walk to beach. This part of beach was not crowded at all the three days we went. We would also drive with all the beach gear, drop someone off, and drive home and walk back. Or vice versa at day’s end. They also provide bikes which we used to head to/from beach on occasion. Back deck w/ hot tub was awesome. Canal leading to sound. Took kayaks out to a little island. Very cool!! Yard between back deck and canal side deck could use some clearing but still not bad. House (kitchen especially) was well stocked. We brought lots of items from home that we never had to use due to what was provided. Josh responded to any and all texts within a few minutes. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were taken care off within 15-20 minutes. Property manager (super nice guy) lives a few houses down so very convenient!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Beautiful house & property that was perfect for the needs of our party of 6 adults. Owner was responsive & prompt with all early communication, as well as, timely check in & out instructions. All info was helpful & requests to maintain the property were detailed but reasonable. We particularly enjoyed the deck seating & large hot tub. Beach toys & chairs were plentiful. Thabk you so much!!

Angels Landing was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed walking to the beach. Bringing our beagle was a plus. My son and husband enjoyed kayaking in the sound. The house was well equipped, including beach chairs, dishes, washer, dryer, hot tub etc. It was a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. We will definitely be back. I was I was still there, LOL. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very welcoming!

Wonderful home near the beach. The house was stocked with all essentials plus more. The owner was very responsive to messages and accommodating to requests. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing at night. We even saw 2 deer wandering by the channel one morning. We loved our vacation to Emerald Isle.

The location was very quiet and relaxing with enough room for everyone. Beyond happy with our too short stay here. The house is in a quiet location minutes from the beach, we could enjoy sitting on the large back deck without the traffic noise. When we were told the house was well equipped it may have been an understatement, it is perhaps the best equipped house we have ever rented, upon our arrival , it truly felt like "home". Our hosts Josh and Meghan were warm, welcoming and accommodating. This was a last minute decision to spend a few days to celebrate my daughters med school graduation, and it felt like we had planned it months in advance. Josh and Meghan responded to all my emails promptly, and courteously. They went above and beyond in providing information on the house, the island, and travel tips. The check in and check out went seamlessly. It was a perfect few days away, can't wait to go back, and definitely will put this house and our hosts at the top of the list.
