The perfect amount of space for our party of 4 adults and 7 children. The upstairs loft was an excellent space for the kids with a tv, table for activities, sectional couch, bunkbeds, and their own bathroom. Kitchen was a great size, as we cooked and ate several of our meals in. Beds were all very comfortable (loved having two king size beds!). We also loved the location of the condo to the market and the beach.

We loved the space for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Also close to the beach and grocery store/restaurant.

We were celebrating two birthdays and our friends from Toronto, Canada flew down to enjoy the sun and beautiful weather of Virginia Beach. Everything was in order and we couldn't believe how large the home was. It had 2 king and 1 queen on the first floor and upstairs bunk beds. Plenty of room for all parties to breathe and enjoy themselves. As it was just two couples, we had wonderful space to enjoy ourselves together and apart. The deck with the view of the ocean and land was perfect. Just a calming feeling when you sat out on the deck. We enjoyed breakfast and just sitting out on the deck and having a drink. Our friends were so excited that they saw dolphins while walking the beach. I would have given 5 stars, but two things dropped it a notch. The first is the fact that no electric vehicles can be parked in the garage. This made no sense as it was an open bottom floor garage and wear you were authorized to park your car, was right on the outside. They have no electrical plugs for charging and it is an absolute no no, so if you have an electric car, don't plan on charging it or parking it under cover. 2d the homes air conditioning vents need to be cleaned as well as the ceiling fans. The amount of money you pay in cleaning fees, you would think that would be automatically or even monthly checked for cleanliness.

The place was great. Was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen could use a few more every day items but otherwise we loved our stay.

Was not clean , upstairs bathroom tub drain full of hair and sand . Wiring need repaired drimmer switch's get hot

Nice porch, kitchen well appointed but should offer a Kerig.

The unit was not clean. The unit could use a few more kitchen items and cooking utensils.

I loved everything about the house. The loft was the kids domain. The balcony entrance in the master suite was amazing. The fridge could have been cleaner. There was food left in freezer and dirty socks upstairs. But besides that it was a great experience.
