We wanted beach time when attending a conference in Orlando so we came to Cocoa beach This place was perfect for what we needed, clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to communicate with the owner, access to boogie boards and beach towels, plus an outdoor area to sit outside. We were comfortable and found it convenient.

Property was clean, easy walk to the beach, everything you needed if you wanted to make some meals in. Close to downtown Coco Beach, easy to get to the Kennedy Space Center. I would stay again!

Stu and Maria Elena were great! Very responsive! The unit was perfect for me. It had the basics and a super comfortable bed 😂!

My son and I stayed here for our vacation. The hosts were very nice and they had everything we needed! My son said the pull out couch was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It was nice that everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. When we visit this area again (we enjoyed our visit so much we are definitely planning another trip) we will definitely stay here!

My husband and I were in Cocoa beach for 2 days, and this place was perfect. Its cozy for sure, but for a short stay it wasnt a problem for us. The location was great; just a block from the beach and a few miles away from "downtown" bussle. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, which was amazing. The rental was stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well (coolers, towels, umbrella, chairs) which was great! The umbrella had some damage to it which we dealt with the best we could, but I did let Elena know when I saw her outside watering plants. We had a little trouble getting the key out of the lockbox so I did call Stu, and he called me back in less than 3 mins. The hosts were great, very friendly and accessible if needed. If we stop back to cocoa beach, we know where to go! Thank you Elena and Stu!!

Perfect layout and comfortable bungalow with a backyard area to enjoy. Very short walk to beach. Short drive to river for kayaking through the mangroves. Hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.

This sweet bungalow was clean with everything you would need for a stay in Cocoa Beach. A very short walk to beach access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access in and out. Very responsive hosts. Quaint shared backyard with a small outside high top for morning coffee. Host provides towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers, plates, and anything else you would want.
Parking spot guaranteed right outside unit. Don’t sleep on this gem!!

My daughter turned 21 and wanted to go on a road trip with me, as I live in Europe and she lives in the States. We wanted a relaxing place to just spend time together and catch up. The apartment was perfect. It was clean with great proximity to the beach and a variety of other activities and restaurants. The management was attentive, yet respected our privacy. It was a memorable and great trip. Hopefully we will return someday for another visit.

Everything went well - good communication, listing was accurate. Place is small, but comfortable. I worried about one air condition unit to keep the place cool, but it worked well for all rooms. Very clean and well-stocked both for the kitchen and water activities.

Overall this was a great property. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Very responsive. The only "complaint" we had was the bed wasn't comfortable for us, but everyone is different.

Lovely property, spotlessly clean, well equipped and kitchen has everything you need . Bed very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Within easy reach by car of downtown Cocoa Beach. Good shuttle bus service close to the property. Plenty to do in the area and further afield.

This property was perfect for us. Walking distance to beach and a short drive to town. The owners were friendly and helpful with local advice for things to do. Loved the location, steps to the beach and close to downtown and all the restaurants.
Stu and I became quick friends with our shared passion for water sports which he was very helpful with providing me gear and location suggestions.

Our booking was very easy and straightforward from beginning to end. The property was as described, it was perfect for what we wanted. Communication with the owner was great, always answered us promptly. The property was well equipped,clean and comfortable and very close to beach. The owner lived on site but didn't intrude. They welcomed us and said to contact them if we required anything. I would certainly recommend the holiday home, location and VRBO
