Spacious-very clean -all the supplies you need for cooking and dining. Great location!

We arrived late on Sunday night after 2 days of traveling. The place had not been cleaned, just beds made. So that was frustrating, had to clean it to make decent. Rental co sent same cleaners out,still didn't clean it properly. Shame because it was a nice place. Just soured the experience. Couldnt access fitness center because we didn't have a code to get in.

Off season no security or oversight. Let’s garage access badge in room and could not find anyone to help me. Condo full of cobwebs

Everything was great. Getting keys were easy but getting to the resort the parking garages and buildings need to be marked with A, B or C. Everyone was confused and frustrated

The condo wasn't a problem, but the property management company left a lot to be desired. The furniture in the property was different from what was pictured (not a huge deal). The place wasn't clean - the floors were dirty and disgusting, sheets in one of the bedrooms were sandy before we even slept in them, there were globs of hair in the master bathroom, the balconies were filthy and had tons of spiders, the washer/dryer/dishwasher smelled terrible, the elevators felt like death traps, and the pool in our building was closed until the last day. I didn't go on vacation to clean someone else's property - that should have been done before we arrived. This was terribly disappointing for the amount of money that was spent and we definitely won't be returning. I don't plan on staying at any properties managed by Vacasa in the future.

We love the location and accommodations so quiet and perfect for our family and small grandchildren
