We loved the views

Spacious property. Just steps away from beach. We went during off-season so didn't use any of pools.

The beach was amazing. I wish the pool and jacuzzi was open.

The unit was conveniently located near the elevator & was easy to locate. The 2 decks overlooked Little Island Park and it felt very private. It was very clean and adequately stocked. I would return to this location again.

This condo had a clean quiet peaceful feel to it.

We expected a kitchen that was stocked with items to cook with like mixing bowls I feel like this unit isn’t a true Vrbo due to the sparse amenities….My next MAJOR problem was the SMELL of the one extra blanket and the pillows, they all smelled like a very dirty person it was disgusting….Also the fire alarm sounded on and off for over an hour leaving us scrabbling, when it finally went off absolutely nobody contacted us with any info.

Had a wonderful vacation at Sandbridge, however, my vacation was cut short by one day. I received a phone call from Vacasa 7:30 pm the night before I am suppose to arrive in Sandbridge. They informed me that they are unable to have the room cleaned and ready the following day (Saturday), so they are canceling the that day. I was told that I can check-in on Sunday at 1:00. My family was packed and ready to leave for our family vacation! We decided to go to VA Beach on Saturday and stay at a hotel. An unexpected expensive cost to the vacation. Sunday morning I contacted Vacasa to confirm 1:00 check-in and was told that there are no check-ins prior to 4:00! I had to explain my situation and I was told that they have to have a manager approve the early check-in and if it is not approved I cannot check-in until 4:00. I was then told they are trying to have it ready by 1:00. They never contacted me since. This is not a great way to start a family vacation. The unit is very nice and we enjoyed our stay, once we finally got settled in. The only other downfall was that the washer was not working. I requested for a repair, but was told it needed a part and that never arrived. I would recommend this unit, but only if it was managed by another management company.
