We brought our family to go to Silverwood and this is the perfect place to stay it’s just a few minutes from the park it’s super clean easy to find all the amenities are there check out is easy communication is wonderful and the little town is great to walk around in.

The absolute best get away!!!! The house was so clean the location was great we went to the state park and swam it was so beautiful and the people in the bayview community were so sweet and helpful the marina in bayview was beautiful we were able to walk there from the house. Also just a 20 minute drive to silverwood which was why we stayed. We loved our stay!

This vrbo exceeded expectations it was very clean and well kept. Located in a cute little neigborhood. The neighbors were up late being loud and riding ATV's and dirt bikes but it was 4th of july weekend.

This was by far the nicest home I have ever stayed in. It was clean and the decor was very tasteful and inviting. Communication with the host was the best I have ever had. They really care and truly want their guest to have a lovely time. If they will have us back I plan on booking again. I would give this place ten stars if I could. I have stayed in many vrbos for vacation and for work travel. This is the absolute best one so far. Have no fear when booking for the first time. You will be very happy.

The house (interior) was perfect. Very clean and all the amenities were available and well stocked.
The only reason for the 4-star review was due to the exterior cleanliness of the BBQ, entry, exterior furniture and exterior of the hot tub (we didn't use the spa). I spoke with the host following our departure and she was very apologetic and was going to address immediately for the next guest and follow up with her cleaning team. Otherwise, great and we plan to return again next summer!

Beautiful house, walking distance to the lake and a couple restaurants. Close to Silverwood. Nice and quiet with very comfortable beds, was perfect for our family!

Our children do dance and had an event at Silverwood. The house was close and very private. The cleanliness was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking/eating essentials. Wish we lived closer to the location as we would be regulars at this house!!

This property was amazing! Very clean and organized and had tons of things that were perfect for meal prep. The hot tub was fantastic and a nice to enjoy at night after a long busy days. The host was very easy to contact and communicated promptly. I highly recommend. It was also super affordable and less than if not equal to the cost of a hotel.

We enjoyed celebrating my wifes birthday at the Bayview Bigfoot. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at night and to get you going in the morning while enjoying the local wildlife in the neighboring lot. Will definitely be back for another great weekend.

It was amazingly clean and very inviting. It was exactly as described on the website. The little extras that were in the house really made you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this to any of our friends who are going to be going to this area.

Great stay beautiful little home with everything we needed and then some. Only negative was the hot tub was actually dirty and smelled awful. But we took care of that with some shock and fresh water. :)

The girls had fun and I think they will remember forever. Perfect getaway before they all head to college. We even saw a fawn in the lot next to you that hung out most of Saturday morning. We stayed here for a short visit with family who were camping at Farragut State Park. The house was very close to the park. It was clean and well equipped. The hot tub and outdoor seating area were a great bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time. The home was perfect. Very clean. Lots of space and room for the family. It was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was so fun and the outdoor area was so relaxing. The bedrooms are very comfortable as well. Highly recommend this place to stay at.

Everything was as advertised. This is a very clean and modern house, with great location by the lake. Communication with the owner was great. Everything was better than expected and there was absolutely no problems. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great stay in Bayview! The property was very clean and comfortable for a family getaway. We enjoyed sleeping with open windows to breathe the fresh mountain air. The host added many extras to make the stay comfortable and homelike. We would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It's high ratings were apparent with the thoughtfulness of the ammenities including things like the full coffee set up, basic cooking staples, food storage bags/plastic wrap, full showering necessities, etc., and how helpful & accommodating the hosts were when we both arrived early & had an issue with our 3YO locking us out of a bathroom 🤦🏼♀️. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

We would absolutely return again! This property is a great location and so very homey and comfortable. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners are concerned that you have everything you need but they don’t pester you while you are here there. They were great!

Loved this little property. It was immaculately clean, well decorated (with a Sasquatch theme) with tons of amenities, very comfortable, great location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Highly recommended - you won't be sorry you stayed here.

Memories made!
We had a very relaxing stay. You can tell the details are well thought out. Great amenities from all the cooking ware you could need (even an air fryer!) to extra beach towels to lots of board games! The home is adorable and immaculately clean. I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner but that was no problem as they provided that in both bathrooms. The fire pit was an added bonus in the evenings. My 7 yo loved the bunk beds and games while my 10 yo loved the VW bus themed room. My children had so much fun they didn't want to leave! Highly recommend for couples or families!

WOW!!!! This property is even better in person! So clean and absolutely stocked full of anything and everythng you would ever need! Community was really cool, location great! Communication with host was quick and clear. I would recommmend this property to anyone! Decor was super cute too!!!!

Great bayview location. Super clean and has all the amenities you need. Very impressed with what the house has to offer, Right down to the coffee and creamer. Bring your clothes and some groceries the house has the rest.
