The location was perfect and we utilized all 3 kitchens. We had a wonderful week at the house.

The house and location were beautiful and the home was accommodating to our group. Unfortunately Vacasa who emails that they are shining windows and expert cleaners are truly not. Communication was limited as well. We have never had a problem with Vrbo, but very disappointed wirh vacasa.

We loved the house and the location was excellent. The beach access was wonderful, and the lower deck was very nice with hot tub and grills. When we needed a full propane cylinder, it was delivered soon after we put in the request. We had plenty of space for all 25 of us, and we were quite comfortable with our accommodations. The views were beautiful from the 2nd and 3rd floors.The bed linens were clean, and we had plenty of towels. Some of the bedrooms were a little tight, and a couple of the bathrooms had little or no space to even put a tolietry kit...but we managed. The kitchens were well stocked, however there were too many of some things, e.g. electric mixers, blenders, etc. We couldn't imagine why there was not a simple can opener to open a bottle of soda or beer, or a simple one to open a can of vegetable, beans, or similar items. We had to go out and purchase these items. The electric can opener did not work. The other thing that was missing in the kitchens were dish towels. One or two per kitchen just wasn't adequate. Because we were always washing them, we appreciated the two laundry facilities in the house! We loved having both a pool table and a fusball table, however there were no balls for the fusball table. There were only ping pong balls, which just don't work. Again, we had to go out and purchase the balls because our family are all soccer/fusball players. Other than these few complaints, we have nothing other than positive memories of our stay,

We hosted our 10 year vow renewal at this home. It was perfect!! We had 18 of our closest friends and family stay at the home. The pictures did not disappoint, we would definitely stay there again!

We were looking for a multi-family beachfront reunion, and this property worked very well. Three floors with kitchen elements on each, and a large dining table on ground floor where all 28 of us could gather for meals. Ample supplies and bedroom arrangements - nothing glitzy but sufficient, and able to take hard use from kids. Great porches and patio with gas grills and short walk direct to beach.

Location is great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms great large table to seat large crowds. Nice big deck with a working hot tub

Outdoor decks had spectacular views and the third floor was extremely quiet despite the house being at full occupancy with young loud children included! The 3 kitchens allowed for ease in making smaller meals right on the individual floor you were sleeping on rather than relying on 28 people vying for kitchen space for quick breakfast or lunch. Having the ability to seat such a large group for main meals on the ground floor was great!

Loved the three kitchens/refrigerators/dishwashers and multiple porches. Nice roomy house (we had 23 people there: maximum capacity 28)
