My kids loved the pool and the beach. They enjoyed their rooms and loved the big couch for a movie at night.

Family of 6. This was the perfect place for us on the ocean! We were bummed the hot tub and ocean cabana bar/restaurant was closed, but we were one without! The house was clean comfy couches. Lots of blankets, outdoor furniture was so cozy for night time views! Would definitely book again!

We didn’t end up actually staying on the property. Blood stains on the bed food under the couch. My kids would not even go into the bedroom because of the blood stains being on the bed and the property management would not do anything about it. Ignored me.. didn’t make things right at all. I will never stay at this place again. I tried figuring things out for over a week. And we’ve told everyone we knew about this place and showed them the pictures of the nastiness we walked into.

The condo provided everything we needed. We did not have access to the chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet but fortunately we brought our own. Great location. Several restaurants to choose from. Small grocery available.

Beautiful decor. Exorbitant additional fees. Kitchen definitely not cleaned well. Literally dog hair covered everything - couches, pillows, beds, pot holders, ironing board. My son had to be on Benadryl the whole time. So much for a no pet policy. Lint rolled all clothes before leaving the condo. Major deep browish/red stains on queen bed box spring. Had to wash the king comforter since it had white crusty stuff on it :-/. Elevators were out of service the whole weekend. Laundry from previous guests bagged in front of our door the whole time. Cable didn't work. Texted with VACASA. Received apologies and promises of local help...nothing. Hasn't returned any emails. No refund of cleaning fees. It's a shame. I didn't want to have to leave this review. If there was any indication there would be some resolve, I wouldn't have. But it's not fair to those looking at reviews for truth. Beautiful place but feel scammed...
