Large space,good for six of us. The master upstairs is beautiful, much warmer than the rest of the place. Would consider staying here again, that’s the highest compliment I can pay.

Fantastic spacious penthouse apartment. Beds were super comfortable. Excellent, quiet location with ocean and bay views.

I must say I was very disappointed not only with the penthouse but also with the condition of Sandbridge itself. We were at Sandbridge 10 years ago and it was beautiful. I don’t believe they have done any maintenance or cleaning since then. The air filters were filthy. The hot tubs green. The entire complex needed painted. Our “Penthouse” did not have air conditioning when we arrived. Our dishwasher only worked on the china cycle. We had scaffolding for the first three days of our visit The pools were closed. The cabana bar was closed. I do not feel we will ever return to Sandbridge We were given a minimal refund for the inconvenience of the air conditioner and other problems we incurred. Portable air conditioners were setup and eventually fixed. The people at Vacasa were extremely nice. Good luck to you if you choose Sandbridge condominiums as your vacation!

There was no one available local to help with issues. We purchased cleaning products & cleaned the unit ourselves because unit was not ready after we were told to delay a day because of cleaning crew issues. No notice was given on day 2 that it was not cleaned after picking up our keys. We were given credits after calling the main number and complaining, but this still was unacceptable. The previous tenant left the unit extremely dirty. A cleaning crew showed up at 9:30 PM (well after when we cleaned) Some gates on pool level 1 at bldg A did not auto close and one was missing a baluster. This is a safety violation. No basic instructions are given when picking up keys, such as you need to use the electronic card to operate the elevator. We were told we would be lent beach towels, but we had none. The unit itself was very nice. It's a shame Vacasa let us down.

A few things needed to be fixed in the condo. Bunk beds need to be tightened. Carpet at bottom of stairs needs to be fixed. One Shower on main floor, needs to be fixed. Needs a luggage cart for unit to unload & load from car. Clean screens /decks of bugs & spiders.More outside shower stations to wash-off sand from beach. All & all enjoyed our stay.

Mattresses are amazing! Furniture is high quality, just a little dated. Clean! Would definitely stay here again.
