The place was very spacious and has everything we needed except coffee pot. The bonus room in the garage was a nice surprise.

Our family loved the spaciousness of this condo. It was nicely decorated and had most of the conveniences of home. Had to bring my own Keurig but they had most everything else. Would have loved a screened in porch but that was one sacrifice we were willing to make in order for the extra space. They did have a nicely done garage that provided seating however in order to have the natural light and fresh air you need to have the garage door open. All would be welcome including the bugs. Internet was spotty and cellular connection was as well. We had to run outside to complete phone calls from time to time. Overall it was nice.

Pros: House was clean, neat and has all the necessities. Biggest pro is a great location in Bear Trap - a quick walk to golf, pool, gym, etc. which is really nice. Bedrooms private, nice size and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Cons: The living room is very uncomfortable and awkwardly configured so it is not a good place to relax and gather. We only had four people in our party and we could not sit and relax comfortably. The TV is very small and placed so awkwardly you can barely see it, and the furniture is uncomfortable. The house may sleep 6-8, but you can barely seat 4 in the living room. If you like to hang out together after the beach, chat, watch a movie, play board games - this house is not a great place for that due to the living room. The house is not "well appointed" - furniture & decor are very basic rental, not a single book, board game, or puzzle for renters (we left our puzzle for future guests!). Small TVs awkwardly placed. Overall: Great location, clean, nice size bedrooms, could use some upgrades, but adequate vacation home.

Beautiful furnished townhouse and in a great location! Comes highly recommended!! Great for families, at a good cost!

It's a nice property. Very clean and was in a good location to the beach, stores and restaurants. Bethany Beach was very nice!!! I loved the quaint shopping area with the stores right near the beach. My only thing would be that the beds, with the exception of the master bedroom, were uncomfortable and could use an upgrade.

The house was amazing! It was clean and it had any supplies needed to keep the place tidy. The only complaint I have is that the tv in the king bed room was broken when we arrived so we reported it but it did not get replaced during our stay. Other than that it was beautiful. Close to multiple beaches
