Being right on the beach was great and having so much room in the condo was the best. The condo is beautiful. Lots of beach stuff to use (chairs, toys, floaters, boogy boards, etc.) We will definitely book again.

The condo itself was very nice. You were unable to enter the home on Saturday due to a lack of housekeeping staff. The sanctuary complex itself was not very clean. One pool was shut down. The beach pool was dirty. The café and bar by the pool we’re not even open some days.

We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the swimming pools. We had plenty of room in the master bedroom and appreciated the storage in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Sadly, we arrived to a dirty condo and had to take care of cleaning the entire condo and making beds ourselves after waiting 2 hours for someone to respond. (We had two small children who needed to go to bed.) This was our second and final stay at Sanctuary. Our building pool was closed for one day and the library on site was never opened. We are sad to see the changes from the first visit to the second.

The check-in process went very smoothly. But when we walked into the condo, I noticed an odor. And it was even stronger in the master bath. We felt like the condo was very damp (humid) all week. And we never had the sliding door open except to go in and out. The queen size bed in the front bedroom seemed to be a full size mattress on a queen frame. The ceiling fan in that bedroom only worked on super sonic speed and could not be turned any slower. The drains in the tub did not stay up. And, the ironing board was broken. Despite these issues, the condo is nice and we enjoyed our week! We were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness (minus the odor) & well stocked kitchen.
