The property was well located, maintained and very clean. Will definitely come back.

We were happy with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the townhouse, it made for a great "home" after skiing. It accommodated six adults very well. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything worked well. It was nice to have a two-stall attached garage! The management was quickly responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent it again.

Love the open kitchen over looking the Living room. Great for talking to friends/family while cooking or watching a game. All cooking utensils needed were supplied - excellent! Hot Tub was awesome after a long ski day!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our original vacation was canceled. We were able to quickly book this park city townhome. There was plenty of space to relax and play games with our large family. We had no problems while there.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can not express my level of disappointment and disgust with the condition of this rental property. I paid a premium price for this unit and was not happy at all. Dirty everything, missing shower rod (that I spent my own money to replace), 6 bath towels for a home that sleeps 12. NO washcloths. disgustingly dirty dishes and table ware. We had to wash everything before we could use it. Hot tub was dirty. Windows were so dirty your view was obstructed. Not a single dish towel. couch had food stains on it. The list is very long and I am disappointed with the Turnkey responses to our constant requests for things to get straightened out. Matthew from the local turnkey office seemed to be the only person that did anything.

The house was amazing! Our family of 5, with 22 mos old, 5, and 8, plus nanny, had a great time here! We were up and out of the house early because of kids, so the ~5 miles to the resort wasn’t an issue. The hot tub and flip-switch fireplace were must haves! The kitchen was well-stocked for plenty of home-cooked meals, and the grill was great too! As a family house, I’d recommend the owner stock the kitchen with some plastic, kid-proof dishes and cups, but (thankfully) nothing broke on our stay. Will plan to stay here again!Thanks,The Coles

The property was well clean and neat upon arrival and was more than what we had anticipated. Felt very homey. The hot tub was also a big plus and was very well enjoyed. Liked the fact that they already had a bunch of game boards to play. Overall we had a great time just spending it with family at our stay here.

This house was one of the best I’ve stayed in yet. We packed so many things we didn’t need, since the house literally came FULLY stocked. We literally only needed our clothes and food. Other than the unjust noise complaint (they called on the wrong house MULTIPLE times) we would definitely stay here again.

Good price, nice locations, great kitchen we had a wonderful time. Could have been cleaner when we arrived. Broken glass on kitchen floor, pet hair on downstairs bedroom floor, hair and gunk in the hot tub.

We loved the property and totally enjoyed our stay. It was very roomy and everyone loved having the hot tub. Would love to go back again.

Downstairs was really cold. Ice maker does not work. Not enough towels. Ran out of toilet paper. The place was beautiful and comfortable!
