Excellent stay, great communication with vacasa made everything super easy! Loved the property, spacious and kitchen had everything we needed for christmas dinner!!

The property was well located, maintained and very clean. Will definitely come back.

House is well cared for, the garage is a plus, and the kitchen is nicely stocked and large.

We were happy with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the townhouse, it made for a great "home" after skiing. It accommodated six adults very well. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything worked well. It was nice to have a two-stall attached garage! The management was quickly responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent it again.

This home was everything we were hoping for. Comfortable and all the amenities that we needed. Plus, close to Canyons Village Resort.

Love the open kitchen over looking the Living room. Great for talking to friends/family while cooking or watching a game. All cooking utensils needed were supplied - excellent! Hot Tub was awesome after a long ski day!

Our original vacation was canceled. We were able to quickly book this park city townhome. There was plenty of space to relax and play games with our large family. We had no problems while there.

The property was well clean and neat upon arrival and was more than what we had anticipated. Felt very homey. The hot tub was also a big plus and was very well enjoyed. Liked the fact that they already had a bunch of game boards to play. Overall we had a great time just spending it with family at our stay here.

This house was one of the best I’ve stayed in yet. We packed so many things we didn’t need, since the house literally came FULLY stocked. We literally only needed our clothes and food. Other than the unjust noise complaint (they called on the wrong house MULTIPLE times) we would definitely stay here again.

Good price, nice locations, great kitchen we had a wonderful time. Could have been cleaner when we arrived. Broken glass on kitchen floor, pet hair on downstairs bedroom floor, hair and gunk in the hot tub.

We loved the property and totally enjoyed our stay. It was very roomy and everyone loved having the hot tub. Would love to go back again.

Downstairs was really cold. Ice maker does not work. Not enough towels. Ran out of toilet paper. The place was beautiful and comfortable!

We enjoyed this place very much. Very spacious and perfect for a family gathering. Hot tub was very convenient and the community pool wasn’t very far. Loved how there were plenty of pillows and blankets everywhere. Some night stands, tables, and shelves were a little dusty but not bad enough to ruin our stay. We loved everything about this place! Definitely worth staying here again!

This is a nice place, and the description online is very accurate. There were a few little maintenance issues (doorknob fell off a door, towel rack came off the wall) that I reported to the maintenance company, but never heard anything back. It was Memorial Day weekend, and it wasn’t urgent, so there wasn’t really a problem, but acknowledging my text would have been nice. None of that should keep you from staying , though. We had a great time, and the property was great. Your own private hot tub was the real clincher for the stay. I recommend it.

the listing seemed to indicate that the ski shuttle was really close....but as it turned out it was a walk down the MT. The condo was perfect though for our two families. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking and there were some key condiments and oils already there. Very comfortable and great views

Great property. Been staying at different Bear Hollow properties for 10 years. Came with 5 feet of new snow this week.

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies (pots, pans etc.) It is very close to a grocery store and other shopping. The only reason I can’t give it an overall 5 is because there were no dish cloths or dish towels and not enough dish soap in the kitchen. Also, there is a lovely bedroom in the basement, but it is very cold in the winter and the space heater that was provided was broken. It also would be nice to have had a high chair. All in all, however, we had a wonderful time and a very memorable Thanksgiving!

Basement room was cold at night but an extra space heater provided enough heat for the kids. The door code was changed after our first day but one call to Turnkey and it was fixed immediately. There was a little communication confusion on our departure. We received an email from Turnkey giving us a late departure at noon instead of 10am (which was great as our flights were at 3pm). The housekeepers showed up at 10am so we told them we were staying til noon per Turnkey. Then the property manager showed up at 11am asking if everything was ok...made us feel like we were doing something wrong-all in all not that big a deal. We had a great time. Condo located in a great area, a couple of minutes to Canyons and just 10 minutes to Park City. The pictures on website show the layout very well. Will definitely book here again if it's available.
