It was a self-catering cottage, I particularly liked the peaceful location.

Parking is definitely an issue as I some problems with walking due to past sports injuries! Finding free overnight parking always took some planning.

Excellent location only minutes from the town centre and ferry port, with sea views from the top floor. Lovely character house; very spacious, light and airy; extremely comfortable and well appointed. A real treat!

I’ve rated it 9 rather than 10 because of the lack of parking; however, this was a minor inconvenience as we were always able to find parking nearby (with tourist parking permit).

The cottage is situated close to Yarmouth main square and a quite location, for those needing peace and quiet it is ideal. It has all the necessary mod cons required for accommodation, it has spacious bedrooms and the living room has space enough for a close relations. The decor is neutral & tasteful, the furniture is both comfortable & relaxing, the WiFi signal is strong.

The mobile phone signal strength is very poor & trying to contact or receive calls is hit & miss,you have to travel towards the harbour before signal is generated. Local price for food is over charged so if you are considering regular meals in best to travel to Freshwater or travel to Newport.
