The host was fantastic, I was running late and very tired after a hospital visit. She helped me find the house and made sure I got in OK. Spotless room, with own shower and toilet, plenty of very hot water, extra towels. This is very convenient for Southampton Central hospital. The room had a kettle with coffee sugar and tea.

Someone larger or taller would find the toilet cramped to sit on, I just fit, and it's right in front of the shower which is awkward. But was all spotlessly clean.

I was booked for a one night stay I arrived late and found a few issues with the room Monica Immediately called me and set it all right. Anyone willing to dig out like she has for me is definitely worth it. Shop practically next door and 7 minute walk to where my wife was staying in hospital

Given I had issues it would be unfair to comment the shared bathroom and toilet relies heavily on other occupants keeping it clean

Having a kettle in the room was lovely, comfy bed, tv. Clean, bathroom & kitchen all really nice. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Nothing, really, maybe a night light if I have pick something!

Clean, warm and comfortable bed. Owner quick to respond and very helpful. Quiet location and close to Southampton hospital, which I needed to be near. Definitely book again.

It was lovely and warm and clean good bus service as we had no transport for visiting family

Pillows hard and the bed only I big towels so we had to share the internet was very variable and not good it suited us as only a one night stay but location was good for us to see family but not any think to do in the area
