Everything about the apartment was excellent. Friendliness from the staff, cleanliness and the location. The view was amazing and it was a perfect, quiet place to rest, far from the center of Nikiti, yet close enough when we wanted to visit restaurants.

We were able to find parking whenever we wanted, but, with the hot weather, it would be nice to have a carport!

The welcoming of Despinia. The sea view. The warm pool and the garden shared with the over people of the residency. The size of the appartment.

Not so easy to find through the locals roads.

We were looking for a quiet place, off the beaten track of the town, close to the sea and in a quiet environment. The facility met all these expectations. Thanks to the commitment of the owner Giorgio, we lacked nothing. Rooms comfortable and clean, functional with a balcony. Air conditioning inside. Bed linen and towels were changed twice during the 5 day stay. Large bathroom well equipped. In the beautiful garden there is a swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas which we gladly used. The magnificent view of the sea and the beautiful surroundings of the villa allowed us to spend a pleasant holiday.

No hot water. No WiFi. The internet is not working as the extender is 20m out and away from the facility. Poor reception of mobile data if you count to use your mobile phone to access internet, so if you want to be out of the grid this is the place. Chicken farm in the yard, so a lot of chicken noise and waking up songs in 05.00. Cutting metal machine sounds in the farm which is 20m from the rooms at 08.00. Smoke from diesel water heating system going in the room and the terrace as the exhaust is 10m from the room. Dusty road, so you must wash your car every second day, and if you go by foot, you should plan a shower with the not hot water after some car pass by you. Rusty stove and other things. No electricity socket near the table in the room, so if you have need to work on laptop there is a need of extension cable to bring from the bedrooms or somehow from the kitchen socket.

Everything about the accommodation itself was great! It is only a little bit far from the supermarkets, but that is not an issue if you have a car, and in some other places you will not have such a superb view from the balcony.

Very nice place, near the beach, plenty of space and swimming pool in garden. Very welcoming and responsive host.
