Struttura in situata in posizione periferica in una zona industriale a circa 4 km dall'uscita di Pontecagnano e a circa 10 km dal centro di Salerno La struttura è collegata ad un moderno bar ben curato e fornito con ampio spazio all'aperto, dove viene servita la colazione al tavolo. Le camere sono situate al primo piano ed offrono un ambiente molto accogliente, struttura ed arredi molto nuovi, letti e cuscini comodi Bagno spazioso con box doccia grande e funzionale Eccellente la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. La struttura possiede un parcheggio privato a pagamento sul retro. Il parcheggio di facile accesso viene chiuso con un cancello, la chiave viene data in consegna agli ospiti per cui si ha possibilità di accedervi in qualsiasi orario, il costo giornaliero del parcheggio è di 5 euro La struttura dispone di connessione wifi gratuita

Industrial area of Salerno is not for the sights, which are indeed over abundant and sublime in the neighborhood if you have a car. Place is modern. Our room was of nice size and very clean.

No elevator - but we only had to go up one oversized floor. Located on a busy intersection but our room was in the back and with excellent acoustic isolation.

Modern and well-decorated place, Spotless room, Super friendly staff, Excellent Italian breakfast and coffee, Free private parking, Last but not least, We rooms cafe was open from 6 am until 9 pm, you can find a wide variety of great Italian food and desserts there.

It would have been perfect if a steam iron were available.

The rooms are great clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We could of used a kettle and tea in our room as on a Sunday there was nothing close by.

Practically everything about this property was absolutely amazing

The property is new very clean and orderly, our room very clean and attended daily,

the location is away from shops and restaurants,little bit far from the town and the local transport very slow and stops very early in the evening.
