house inside was nice and clean, layout was good. Outside was not well maintained at all and outdoor shower doesn't work. Great location, lovely views and beach, boating and kayaking was awesome !

There was plenty of room for the five of us. The house was well stocked and the location was fantastic! We had a wonderful visit!

Enjoyed our stay but there was some annoying quirks, upstairs back bedroom box spring was too small for larger mattress and made sleeping for 2 people uncomfortable

Great neighborhood and amazing views. We had issue with sink in living room that didn't work (see other reviews) and with squirrels in upstairs walls/roof that woke us up early every morning. Gutters could also be cleaned as things were growing out of it. Great property but maintenance was not adequate for price.

We had a wonderful time and the location of the house was beautiful had nice views of the water from a huge deck overlooking the bay. All rooms were very spacious and neat. We will definitely be revisiting.

The title says it all. The property was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood. The view was Amazing. House is well equipped. Boating in the backyard. Mountain biking right up the street. Plenty of hangout space. Short drive to whatever you may want. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Very clean and everything we ever could have needed was supplied.

Place was nice, large enough but several things needed work. Downstairs bathroom sink did not work. Upstairs bedroom had no curtains. Washer/Dryer were full.

The house is perfectly situated on Popponessant Bay, with exceptional views of the water, birds and passing boat traffic. Our group of three couples used all three spacious bedrooms. There are two full baths plus a half bath. The open kitchen and dining area worked well for several people cooking at once. No shortage of pots, pans, plates and glassware. The deck has a large table for outdoor dining and conversation. We met out host who keeps his boat on the adjacent dock. He was very responsive to questions both before and during our visit. We are already planning a return visit.

We LOVED our stay at the Boat House. The location was great, the house was very clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be back to stay.

Overall the stay was very enjoyable and you cannot beat the view. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was great for its age and the owner was responsive to most requests we made. There were a couple minor issues (including trash pickup) which we reported and the owner took care of in a reasonable amount of time. We were unable to use the advertised kayaks due to the over growth down by the water; but that was a minor inconvenience with all of the positives related to the house and view.

We had a great weekend at the Mashpee Neck house! The house was clean and spacious. It has beautiful views from every room and we enjoy both the outdoor and indoor spaces. We were about to kayak right from the house and there are great nature trails right down the street. This is a gorgeous and well maintained house and you really can't beat the location!

Despite the windy, rainy weather we had a great time at this property. Location was wonderful and near many restaurants. The house itself was well provisioned, clean, and comfortable View, evenin the foulweather was amazing! We plan to book again when wecan enjoy all that the property has to offer outside!

This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location. The home was immaculate and has all of the amenities one would want for a great vacation. Trying to figure out the next time to go back!

Property was better than expected. Views from every room. All bedrooms very comfortable with plenty of room. We had 3 adults. The house and patio were also very clean!! Beautiful sunrises and so peaceful sitting on the patio or sunroom looking at the boats and water. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, and easy to get to the ferry and shops by car. I highly recommend this property.

Our group came to Cape Cod for a wedding! None of us had ever been to The Cape. This property was the perfect place to stay. The house is gorgeous—not to mention, the added bonus of being right on the water. We enjoyed the fire pit, kayaks, and the sunrise and sunset views. The host was very responsive with questions and quick to offer suggestions for dining out. We would absolutely stay again!

Unique location on Popponesset Bay overlooking the Mashpee Neck Marina with no neighbors. Big deck with new furniture to relax on and watch the boats go by (no wake). Private dock and separate beach/kayak launch area plus very short walk over to small beach next to public boat launch. Roomy inside with an odd layout but worked for us! 270-degree views of the marina and bay with no neighbors other than the boats! Scott was a great host. See you again soon!

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location! My sister and I took our elderly parents to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The property offered beautiful views with lots of places to sit and enjoy the water.

Outstanding waterfront on the Cape
Outstanding location on Popponesset Bay. Fantastic patio and sunroom. House has a nice open feel. It is a new property with a few small things that need to be fixed but nothing which had any real affect on our stay. Close to all the restaurants and shopping Mashpee has to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a cool house in an absolutely stunning and ideal location.
