Direct beach access close by, nice pool

This condo was perfect for a quick family trip to the beach. The walk to the beach was super easy! The property was clean and spacious. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a great property! The location and size were perfect for our needs. The communication from the owner was terrific; she was very accommodating and responsive. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean! The walk to the beach was very short which was nice. It had plenty of beach chairs and other things that you might want for the beach. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the master suite was switched with the smaller bedroom which made it very cramped and the kids had the bigger bathroom and more space.

I brought 4 Teenage girls and everyone had a wonderful time! The girls play tennis ,walked on the beach and went to the pool. The Unit was clean and very comfortable with all the necessary things to make us all feel like we were home.

Weve never stayed in a condo on previous vacations, and we are now sold on the experience. Close to the beach, quiet, well maintained. It was a great time. A list of go to places was in the property, games to entertain if needed, just well thought out. Highly recommend.

My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.

The condo is so nice with everything we needed! There are lots of useful kitchen items and tons of beach toys for use that our kids loved and beach chairs etc. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We had a fabulous time and made tons of family memories. We would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay out of the traffic and busy parts. Short walk to beach and amazing set up. Everything listed was perfectly in place and the pool was great. 3 minute drive to the heart of the drive on beach entrance was great!

The location was very peaceful tucked in amongst the trees and very close to the beach. If you like nature I highly recommend this place. Unit was clean with good amount of home amenities if you like to cook your own meals. And thank you for having a smart TV that includes Roku.

The condo was exactly as the pictures displayed. Clean, comfy beds and beautiful grounds. Having beach towels and beach chairs available for use was terrific!

We reallu like our stay. Seawoods is a very nice small community, with nice pools, tennis and pickle ball cpurts, and other amenities. The condo was large and very clean. Very well furnished, it has evertyhing you need. I woupd stay there again.

Karen’s place hit all the marks for our family getaway. We loved the floor plan and convenience of the condo and the Sea Woods amenities. A close walk to the very peaceful beach made our days easy. The beach toys and boogie boards the condo provided were such a treat! After exploring Flagler Avenue and the Dunes park it was really nice to return to the quiet and comfort of Donna’s place. We’ll definitely return!

Loved our experience at this location! Listing is what it was....no surprises or complaints. Stayed to play at the beach and explore near by area. Although weather did not cooperate, beach was beautiful and loved the friendly laid back atmosphere. Would stay here again with my family of 7.

We always look for properties in Sea Woods when we visit family in New Smyrna Beach.
Sea Woods properties are beautifully landscaped primarily with Live Oak trees. The trees are elegant and provide shade and privacy. A wonderful neighborhood to walk.
The beach access is walkable and the community has plenty of amenities.
The condo itself was absolutely as described & very clean. The screened balcony has access from the living space and two of the three bedrooms.
The check in process was easy and host was very responsive.
Items to be aware of:
You must climb a set of stairs to access the condo.
The third bedroom must be accessed by the spiral staircase and only has a 1/2 bath (no shower or tub)
You must go through a bedroom to access any bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was easy to communicate with. It was walking distance to the beach and included everything we were looking for. The stay was fairly price compared to others in the area and we would recommend the property to others.

My family of 5 with 15, 21 and 23 year old stayed here and it was the perfect accomodations for us. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the loft also had a queen bed allowing enough space for my big kids. The distance to pools and beach was also great but our favorite was traveling to Canaveral National Park only 10 minutes away!

The condo had many amenities that made our stay very pleasurable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards. Loved having some beach towels and the beach umbrella was a huge plus! Kitchen also had many items in the pantry - salt, pepper, etc. Perfect!

This is a wonderful condo and suited my family's wants/needs very, very well. Our Fav spot was the veranda. Clean, clean, clean. The beach equipment was good for all.

The property was exactly as described and it was perfect for us. We initially had an issue with hot water that turned out to be simply a tripped breaker. The property owner was very quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

My friends and I (3 couples) traveled to NSB from three different states to celebrate our college friend’s wedding. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The host was fantastic communicating throughout the process and especially with the bad weather that unfortunately came right before our trip. Everything worked out perfectly and we were more than satisfied with our time at the beach!
