Beautifully kept and maintained house, all the amenities you could hope for. We hope to stay there again next year.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Had everything you could possibly want. Loved the pool and spa. The robes provided were a lovely touch. We really really enjoyed the coffee bar and the large dining table was perfect for us all to sit and relax and play cards and just talk. Yvonne is the best host ever!!

This house and the property manager were absolutely incredible. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. I absolutely give it 5 stars. We are hoping yo rent ot again in a few years!

This home was absolutely amazing. Very clean, AC was on point, and plenty of seating. The host was very responsive when we had questions. They supplied everything. The home was super spacious, we were 8 people and everyone had their own personal space. The backyard area with pool was very relaxing. We were able to cook without being on top of each other. I would recommend this home 100%. And just like the pic, they have to good ice lol.

Our family (9 of us) had a wonderful time at this rental. It was the best VRBO home we have stayed at. It was very well equipped. Anything that you might need was there. The owner responded quickly whenever I sent her a message. The only downside of this trip was the weather. It was quite hot, but we had a good time. Thank you Mrs. Tran

This home is by far the best verbo I have stayed in! The most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on, kitchen is fully stocked, everything is labeled. We absolutely loved the Vietnamese coffee, the complimentary snacks and the ice machine. The gas grill was awesome, the electric smoker was absolutely amazing. There is a refrigerator poolside a d plenty of outdoor seating. The pool was heated which made it comfortable to swim. The only downside is the spa had no working jets. All smart TV's had cable and Netflix. The drive to the strip and Freemont was pleasant. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. All within 10 minute drive. All the bedrooms have cellphone chargers. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

Eight old friends got together for a long weekend of golf, a little gambling, a show on the strip, and hanging out by the pool. It was pretty easy to get from the house to the airport, to downtown, and to a couple of different courses. We ended up making a couple of meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the eight of us had no problem with places to sleep. The hosts have everything labeled and laid out to make it so easy to find what we needed, keep it clean, and clean up when we left. Nothing excessive, just take out the garbage don't make a mess. Could not recommend it more highly! If we come back in the next year or two we are definitely going to come and stay here again! Really quick and great communication as well.

Most well stocked and prepared VRBO I have ever stayed in. Kitchen was excellently stocked and ready for our visit. I would consider any other properties of this owner.

Super clean! Even better than pictured. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you can think of. Rooms are clean and spacious. And those beds?!!! Whew! Very quiet neighborhood and not too far from the strip! Highly recommended for those looking for a “different” LV experience.

Tried to accuse me of smoking after I left property and over charge me 1000 because they make there own rules and tried to lie to take the money

The property was super clean and inviting. From the little things like phone chargers in the bedrooms to the amazing coffee bar, My group loved every part of the house. Yvonne was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. Grocery stores and restaurants less than 10 mins alway. 30 mins from red rock. Would come back and stay here for sure!

The home is wonderful and beautiful. Has everything we need and more. Had a small issue which Yvonne took care of right away. Family had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!!!

My family and I spent our 7 day, Christmas Vacation here. It blew away all my expectations. As soon as we walked in the door, we were met with this huge, lit, stunning Christmas tree! Our super hosts had decorated the house for us! I get really grossed out sometimes staying in someone else's home, but this home is very different. It's extremely clean, very spacious, high ceilings, tons of extra room, private. The walk-in master shower is AMAZING, the beds are absolutely heavenly, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen cabinets, and even closets were spotless. Everything looked and felt brand new. You won't need to bring anything from home, they got you covered! Have I mentioned that upstairs is awesome too! There is so much for families here and plenty of room!! The hot tub and heated pool was so great. The coffee/tea/cocoa bar was also a huge hit! We had so much fun baking cookies, listening to Christmas music on the tv with the fireplace crackling, dimmed lighting throughout the house. Our super hosts even hung stockings over the stunning fireplace. They were just super nice and made this whole process easy. The only negative thing I would say is that I had to leave. This will be my new spot when we come to Vegas! Yvonne and Rick are absolutely super hosts! I can't give enough stars:)

This place was the perfect place to host our wedding group. The owners thought of everything and more we needed or wanted to have a great stay. The property was very clean and was supplied with multiples of everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group. The pool was heated. We had a great time! I would highly recommend.

We rented this for a bachelorette party weekend. With a group of 10 women from ages 21-60 it worked out perfectly! Lots of extra thoughtful touches made it an amazing choice. Comfortable spaces and atmosphere made for a very relaxing and fun getaway weekend for us all. Host was super responsive to needs and questions! Definitely would stay again!

Perfect for your vacations.

This house is amazing. There were 9 of us staying here for my son’s wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds are new and so comfortable, the bathrooms are great. The kitchen was stocked with everything. The outside area with the pool, grills, refrigerator, and plenty of sitting areas was so enjoyable.

The hosts are very friendly... the home has everything from kitchen necessaties to bathroom toiletries.. all the rooms are equipped with phone charges. I didn't have to bring anything. The space is great and accompanied all my 14 guest great.. no complaints. Beautiful home! The pictures are exactly what you get. :)

Our Family had the most amazing time at this home. They provided everything you may need and and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was that of a 5 star hotel. There’s plenty of space, the inside as well as the outside is arranged so beautifully. The home it self is so clean and well taken care of. It’s a close drive to the strip as well as downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back every time we need a stay in Vegas.
