This place was a gem. It was very clean upon arrival and is in a great location. I highly recommend this for a weekend getaway!

We have a wonderful stay at this home and it was perfect for us and our dog Moose. We walked to the beach and shops every morning. House had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved the floor plan, tastefully decorated, with all the conveniences of home. It was nice to have a tv in each bedroom & a large tv in the living area. We appreciated the large beach towels. We liked having open shelves & drawers available for our clothing & supplies.

House was furnished with everything we needed, all the comforts of home. Nice to have a tv in each bedroom and big screen tv in living area. Attractively decorated.

It was clean. I had planned to have two more people and one or two dogs with me but lthat didn't happen. The only problem was the entry code did not work, but I called the number on the instructions sent by email and got a new entry code that worked.

The location of this house is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to the beach and shopping! Very comfortable beds and clean.

This rental is in a great location. You can walk to just about anything in Rockport. The coffee shops, shopping, the pier, etc. It is larger than it looks. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The outdoor area is nice. We'd stay there again. If I had to mention why it is 4 stars, the outdoor string lights don't work (it would have been awesome if we hadn't spent 30 minutes trying to get them to work), the thermostat required batteries (that we had to go buy), roach carcasses (at least they were dead), could be cleaner (oddly, it's the walls and baseboards that are in need), and I think the kitchen could use a few items like, another short bar stool (one person has to sit high up if there are 4 adults), cling wrap, and another spatula. Overall, no big deal. We enjoyed our time and we'd certainly do it all over again. Thanks!

House and property was clean and located close to shops and beach.

Cottage was close to the shopping and the public beach. Layout of the cottage was good and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rockport.

So close to the Rockport Arts scene! Bed was really comfy!

Had a great time and would definitely do it again, Accomodations were nice and Rockport is great place to go.

Home was nice, location was amazing right down town close to everything. The home was hot AC wouldn't go below 78 and in Texas heat that is an issue. Maybe it would help if the windows had curtains on them as the sunshines right in all day. The trash can was really tiny. Washing machine is very loud sounds like a rocket ship.

This house is very misleading from the outside…but I doubt you’ll be disappointed once you enter! It’s bigger than it appears & is nicely equipped with everything you might need. Quality pots & pans & the kitchen has a lot of the utensils any cook will need. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend!!! I will say the washer is a bit LOUD - we just did the wash while we ventured in the great downtown location.

The cottage was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The bedrooms were a great size for our family . We will come again!

I recently stayed at this little gem located within the new Rockports Arts district. This is a fantastic location is close to restaurants, shopping and a brewery. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the water and Rockport Beach Park. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds and TVs in each bedroom. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip!

The house was very clean and comfortable. 3 completely furnished bedrooms, with a TV in each room. As well as a comfortable living area with a TV. And a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, bowl, and cooking equipment.

Home was very clean and cozy. Has everything you need 😊 took our pets and it was very comfortable for all of us. Also very close to everything!

We booked this house for three nights and loved it. The home is comfy and inviting. Definitely good for a family getaway in Rockport. My only advice is not to run the washer and dryer at night, as it can be heard through the whole house.

Was very roomy we enjoyed.
