Le logement ouvre sur la mer, située à quelques mètres avec plage privée. Le logement dispose d'une splendide vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Bonne isolation sonore et climatiseur efficace. Mais on peut aussi dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit des vagues. Viko est un hôte vraiment très accueillant qui met beaucoup de cœur dans ce qu'il fait. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et rendu de super services, un très grand merci à lui. Nous recommandons très chaudement ce logement, avec un rapport qualité-prix plus qu'excellent ! Un emplacement stratégique pour visiter la région (Nauplie, Mycènes, Epidaure, Ermioni, les îles alentours et de nombreuses plages de rêves !).

Une très belle surprise. C’était exactement ce que je recherchais. Un endroit naturel, simple, peu de monde dans les environs, le calme absolu. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, la mer a 2 pas, l’hôte se rendait systématiquement disponible et ce, dans une discrétion fort appréciable.
De plus, fait rare, les transats étaient gratuits, tout comme la possibilité de se balader en canoë ou avec un paddle, prêtés par l’hôte.
Je reviendrai assurément, un grand merci à Vico pour ce qu’il propose dans un si bel endroit.
Mes vacances ici étaient trop courte, j’aurais dû réserver beaucoup plus longtemps.

L'emplacement est génial : quasiment les pieds dans l'eau. La campagne et la mer, que demander de plus !

Excellent service! Viko the owner, always with a smile and ready to help with everything.
The seaside was beautiful and the trees were providing naturall shade.
On the plus side, the free cannoe and sup that Viko provided during our stay. Surrelly a recommendation!

The host is really nice and friendly. He let us use his paddles and kanu. The beach is in front of the appartment with lots of trees for shade and the place is really quiet, so you can relax.
The appartment was poorly equipped (kitchen), also the bathroom and seperate space for kids were really small. For the clenliness - it was not on expected level.

Excellent location of the villa, apartments with a beautiful view of the sea, very comfortable beds, peace and quiet, ideal for families with children. A beach with a huge tree that provides shade for those who don't like the strong sun. The owner of the villa is an exceptionally well-mannered and sociable man, who unobtrusively fulfills your every wish. Free use of deckchairs, SUP boards - (Stand Up Paddle) and kayak-canoe made the vacation fun and fulfilling until the last second. We leave with the desire to return to Mr. Viko next year. Vikos house has the best location as you can imagine, in a calm village, just on the beach. House is so nice, the host, Viko is French who is gradually renovating with his design feeling.
Also the whole athmosphere of the house is nice, friendly, you can (or sont have if you wish) socialized with other guests in front yard, Viki has kayak and surf which he is readdy to lend you …..
All is really nice. Only inconvenience are the toslets as everywhere in Greece.

Vikos met us at the agreed time, kindly showed and explained everything. He offered to turn to him for all questions, which we later did. The place is very quiet, secluded, perfect for resting from the rhythm of the city and places crowded with tourists. It has a large part of a private beach with equipped sunbeds and tables. The outdoor space also has tables and chairs. Vikos rents about 10 rooms of different sizes. The rooms are renovated, clean and orderly. Everything is thought of, great view directly to the sea and beautiful sunsets from some rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Good quality beds. Equipment suitable for recreation. Vikos is an excellent communicative Frenchman, always ready to help, learn about the surroundings and give good advice. Plans to further expand the quality. They provide free canoes and surfboards, and provide instruction. We had swum too far and couldn't catch the waves - they came to pick us up. We remembered wonderful evenings with Vikos having a snack and enjoying the end of the day in the sunsets. Definitely recommend, don't miss a great opportunity. Thank you Vikos. Greetings to father.

Viko was very polite and helpful. The location was great, right in front of the sea. Best coffee to have in the morning on your balcony looking at the sea and listening to the waves... Very peaceful!
The wifi connection was quite poor.
The apartment was basic, but it's exactly as advertised and a great value for money.

Our apartment was very nice, although small. The thing I'd like to highlight was the bed - large and with a very comfortable mattress. The apartment was clean and quite well equipped with usetils people need while on vacation. The sea and the beach are only a few steps from the apartment. The owner is very helpful, friendly, and open. Despite some problems at the beginning, everything was solved quickly by the owner, and our stay was really good and pleasant. The owner tries very hard to make guests feel comfortable and at ease in his hotel. I highly recommend Viko's apartments.

Vikos is a very frendly and kind person. The liittle hotel is right in front of the beach, a privat one.
The bathroom is to small and basic, but is very clean.
