Room is clean

Lovely room. Superb staff and everything you would need.

Room was too cold, crockery was dirty (room itself was very clean). Need a light in the kitchen area

A very nice and clean flat in the heart of Kingston, very close to the train station an local shops.

The flat does not have enough electrical plugs.

the space was more than adequate, for a studio we didn’t once feel cramped at all. very spacious and easy to cook in. would have liked a small tv or radio, something to fill the white noise but that is just personal preference. value for money indeed. great location

The location was in the heart of Kingston upon Thames which was great as the shops were just a minute walk away. The room was a decent size and very clean. There was soap and detergent for the washing machine and the host was fantastic. Anything we needed would be arranged if it wasn't there already. The kicthen had everything needed to make meals.

The elevator in apartment complex wasn't working. Would have been more convenient to have it working with the push chair we had.

Excellent location, near by everything you need from restaurants to train, flexible checking in/out. you can keep your bags if you’re flight back is at night.

very load at night, we had someone come in in the room at 3 am by mistake although the room was locked but he apologised. no lifts so not accessible (if you’re a wheelchair user - but we aren’t so just thought to mention it). it’s not mentioned in the rules but apparently there is no cleanup service while you stay. so you’re expected to keep the studio clean (I didn’t know that and wasn’t informed) it’s more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel or a hostel. so if you’re a messy person who like to enjoy their holiday and go out and about without having to worry about cleaning maybe u should reconsider. but other than that it’s a decent stay for short number of days.

Perfect central location. Clean and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful host. Good wifi.

The scaffolding on the exterior blocked any view. The walls to neighbouring rooms allowed disturbances through.
