Awesome property. This is our third year in a row here. Love the lazy river and can’t wait to go tack again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect spot for families. We cannot wait to come back!

Pelican Pass was great! Had all the amenities in the kitchen for sure!! Wish it was a bit cleaner. But great on all other fronts!!!

I would have to say the property matches the pictures. The pools are nice but unfortunately the weather was not conducive for spending much time there during our 4 day stay. This was our first time to Galveston. We usually go to Gulf Shores so the beach was disappointing in comparison. Our grandson enjoyed the game room, but the loung and movie room were not open. On our last night there we didnt have any power in the main bedroom. I called Ryson at 5pm and was told someone would be there in 2 hours. No one ever came!

Very nice and well run for security and servicing. Lots of work being done to improve the apperance of tge propery. Very impressive crew.

I appreciated how clean the apartment was. It was updated and well-stocked. The view was incredible and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony just watching the waves roll in.

This condo was clean, had an easy check in and out process, safe area with so many amenities, and a great view. I loved that we didn’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach. A couple cons: the master bed was incredibly tall so much so it was comically hard to get into. There was only one trash bag and no coffee filters. For that expense I guess I was expecting at least a few trash bags for that rate along with length of time we were staying. Overall it was good though.

The condo was immaculately clean, the property was fantastic...highly recommend!

The view from this 7th floor condo is beautiful! The condo was very nice. The a/c was not operating properly when we arrived, but Ryson Properties responded quickly and an a/c technician arrived to add more coolant to the a/c. No a/c issues after that. The sliding glass door leading to the patio doesn't lock, but being on the 7th floor, we weren't concerned that someone would scale the outer wall to get in! LOL! Note to renters of this unit: be sure to bring condiments (salt & pepper, etc.) if you're going to cook as none are provided. Nice condo overall and we enjoyed our time.

Everything was exactly as listed & pictured, very clean, beautiful views, the lazy river with the swim up bar was our favorite!

beautiful property. Wish we had been told about coffee in the chrck in area when we checked it. Did not know about it until check out. Fitted sheets on the matress would be nice and stay in place better than the flat sheet tucked in.

Excellent condo with a large living room area. You will hate to leave when your stay is over.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just as pictured. Very nice. Enjoyed the balcony and the view. Bed was comfortable. Getting to the beach was a bit difficult, but doable. The staff was nice and accommodating. We had issues with the garage door opener, but they handled it without complaint for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the winding river pool and main pool. Easy access to beach. Enjoyed a hosted bonfire which was fabulous. A safe luxurious place for a girls getaway. View of ocean was stunning. We will be back!

I needed a weekend where I sat somewhere picturesque and read while looking up at the ocean and this place delivered! I could never tire of opening the door to the unit and seeing the ocean just down the hall. It was the most lovely patio/balcony space and the condo itself was well appointed for things like keeping drinks cold and heating up leftovers from when we had dinner out. I saw some more intense cookware supplies (including a French press - I’d have brought better coffee if I’d known in advance) but did not use them. The property is gorgeous and has a ton of amenities. We really enjoyed the lazy river, though it took a hot minute to find and inflate tubes (if you have your own it might be worth it to pack them). It seems like during busier seasons there are more amenities like a swim up bar. The one tiny bummer (about the property, not the unit which was A+ all around) was that it was a little tricky to get to the beach past the sea wall. You kind of have to find the one approved path through the dunes. We are both able bodied so it was fine, but I bet that someone who uses a cane or wheelchair would have had a great deal of trouble getting down to the sand from the property.

We have stayed at Diamond Beach many many times. The resort is exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly, beautiful pools and activities for the entire family. This unit has a breathless view and was exactly as pictured and described. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for a long weekend and Diamond Beach never disappoints! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is plastic cups and plates with children, glass only you just ask for something to break but other than that it was great! Would stay in this condo again!
