Modern hotel, located in the city of Ivrea, just a short walk from the city centre, and right next to a very useful Lidl. Staff were super friendly - gave us a room upgrade. Secure parking on the premises (€10/day). Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Some minor niggles with the room: air-con which came on during the night, despite attempts to turn it off; the room safe (useful extra) needed several attempts on several occasions to open. Somewhat disappointed that we had to pay extra for parking (it was in the contract but it hadn't registered with me), but no big deal.

a little bit far away from the train station, while the orange festival you have to walk the whole distance so keep it in your mind

The food in the restaurant was exceptional, amongst the best I have EVER had. I don't say that likely and I have eaten in a lot of seriously good restaurants.

A swimming pool or sauna, in an ideal world, would have been nice to have and a shuttle service to the railway station.

It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stephanos in the restaurant was very knowledgeable about the wines and which one to recommend with the food we were eating. The hotel was extremely comfortable with robes and slippers and in a very good position. It had parking. We thoroughly recommend it.

The flashing green safety fire light in the ceiling of the room that kept us awake all night. When I complained the staff told us that this was normal, but I have stayed in lots of good hotels and these lights do not usually flash. This ruined our stay and all that we were given as compensation was 5 euros off the parking fee!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were travelling from Athens to Geneva by car (taking the ferry), and wanted to break our trip. We found a delightful, beautifully furnished little boutique hotel with charming staff. We were near enough to the centre to walk around the town before dinner,

new , stylish , comfortable , well managed , secure parking ,close to old town

Alex at reception was extremely helpful to ensure secure storage and charging for our bikes. Stefano in the restaurant ensured we had a lovely evening with excellent food, wine and service. The manager in the morning was very good also.

The storage and charging facilities in the open garage aren't secure. However the staff ensured we were given a great place to store them.

Driving from the Uk through Italy we found this hotel as a stopover. Stayed again on our return. Very clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. The hotel restaurant is amazing. Hotel food is usually not great but this hotel has an exceptional chef who uses wonderful products. Fabulous meal, great service and a wonderfully clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel
