William’s home is lovely, clean and spacious. The home is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants, outlets, coffee shops and downtown Rehoboth Beach. William's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds,TV in the living room, washer and dryer and parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and linens were provided. It was so nice to come back at the end of a busy day and unwind in this lovely home. William was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. William’s customer service is top notch. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found William and his beautiful Home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. William, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. It was a wonderful getaway to celebrate our 51st Anniversary with our daughter and son-in-law.

Girlfriends weekend in December. The location of this fabulous townhouse is near fine dining and shopping. The place was well equipped with all we needed for fun and relaxation. The owner provided answers to my questions and check in/out was easy. We will definitely consider this property for future trips to Rehoboth.

The home was beautiful and conveniently located right up the street from Rehoboth Beach. Quick walk to a great coffee shop! My wife and I and the pup enjoyed the easy access to the bike path. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a family getaway. Each family was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is very spacious and clean. We loved the screened in balcony. The bike trail is close by. Although we drove to the beach due to all the beach supplies, we did walk downtown on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed this beach house. It was spacious, having three floors ,three bedrooms and each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom! The kitchen/living area was very nice and looked newly furnished with new appliances. The reservation was easy to book and the owner was available 1st by email and then by text. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We stayed for an extended weekend 5days and I can't say enough good things. The house covers most of your needs shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all the showers and hand soap at sinks -dishwasher detergent, dish soap paper towels baggies and Saran in the kitchen and the best all beds made and ready for sleeping and enough hand and body towels in bathrooms. Beach chairs in the garage for renters use. Close to beach. Nice walk to brewery. And the owner very prompt with help or suggestions with a simple text. The only thing I wish was there was luggage racks in the bedrooms. So older guests don't have to bend over to look in their suitcase. Awesome time!!! Thanks

Toilets need help.one ran all the time and one needs a new seat. Pot and pan cabinets are dirty. Washer and dryer area is dirty. I was asked to wash our towels before leaving. I paid a cleaning fee. And I paid alot to stay. All that should be included in renting.

Great communication with owner. When we arrived the house was not ready due to issues with a prior renter. It was cleaned by the time we got there. Easy access to everything Rehoboth! Kitchen could have used some more glasses and cooking utensils and supplies. Overall great week at the beach.

We stayed for a week. The property was clean, located in a great spot, and was perfect for all our needs. The property manager was responsive and answered all of our questions.

There was plenty of room for a family of 6 for us to spread out after a day at the beach / happy hours. Plenty to do at Rehoboth. The townhome is located about 1.5 miles from the beach/boardwalk so you could walk and shop along the way or take a 5 minute drive to find plenty of available parking any day of the week.

We had a great time for our beach vacation. The house is located with quick driving distances to the multiple beaches and all the shopping and outlet strips along the highway. The house is as advertised and is very clean. Not lacking anything when cooking meals, comfy beds and a great walking trail behind for the dogs, also no problems with parking. We had a few days of rain and high alert for poor air quality from the Canadian forest fires, but we stayed in and played card games and still had a great time hanging on the screened balcony. All in all, this place is a great place to stay when visiting the Delaware beach area! We will return!

Great property to stay out during our trip to Rehoboth for our family of 4. The location was great with easy access to the main highway and right by the bike trail for a nice walk to the beach or boardwalk. The setup was exactly like seen in the photos and description. William was very responsive to any questions prior to the stay and during our time at his place.

My husband and I vacation in the Lewes/Rehoboth Beach area in the spring and the fall (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day) and this was our first time returning since the pandemic. In the past, we had a property (condo) that we always rented but that property was no longer available. As a result, we were required to search available properties which we hadn’t done for some time. In our search, we were not looking for a townhome but because of the pictures located on the Vrbo website, information regarding the property, location of property, rental price, was pet friendly, and the responsiveness to the property owner we decided to book the property. Our reservation was for 10 days. The property was clean and organized. Clean towels and linens were readily available in all the bathrooms and bedrooms. We did not use the towels as we brought our own and because it was only my husband and I, we only used the king bed in the master bedroom. I don’t normally comment on the bed, but I truly loved the firmness of the bed and felt as though I was sleeping in my own bed. The check-in process was painless and efficient. Mr. Frankis was extremely responsive to our initial questions regarding the property, our phone call before our arrival, and the code required to enter the property. The check out process was just as simple. The pictures on the Vrbo website truly depicted the property and are not misleading. What you see is what you get! The décor of the property is tasteful and welcoming. Fully functional kitchen with table and chairs, separate dining area, and living/family room. Mr. Frankis provides a rental book with instructions, restaurant recommendations, activities, and POIs. The location of the property is premier! My husband and I cycle and the Breakwater/Junction trail is located behind the property, easy on and easy off! The Rehoboth Beach/board walk is approximately one (1) mile from the property and Cape Henlopen state park is a short drive (3 miles). The property is located adjacent to Route 1 and access is via the Service Road; however, noise was not an issue. Use of the garage to store our bikes and beach stuff was a definite plus and while use of the garage was not mentioned in the description of the property, we were very happy to learn we could utilize. As a result of the above, the overall rating of the property is a strong five (5) stars. My husband and I will look to reserve this property in 2023!

Accommodations true to listing description and photos—clean, quiet, and comfortable. William was very responsive to questions and provided great recommendations. We enjoyed the proximity to the Junction & Breakwater Trail as we brought our dog. Plus, it is a quick drive to the beach—and right by the bike path if you bike. Very convenient location to restaurants and shops. Plus, not far from Lewes, Gordon Pond, and Cape Henlopen. Plus, plus, a neighborhood brewery—Revelation Brewery—within a block with great beer, food, and music on the weekend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, stylish, and comfortable! We had a great night's sleep on the super comfy beds and enjoyed playing Jenga and Bananagrams for evening fun. We took the nearby trail and walked to the outlets - very beautiful walk - never knew that trail was there! We also walked to Revelation brewery - another pleasant walk and great beer. The owner was very friendly and responsive and we would love to stay here again!

The host and property was amazing - very accommodating when we had a situation, the house was lovely and had all the essentials. Location was perfect too, right on the main road to the beach or restaurants and outlets We’d definitely stay here again!

Love the location of this home; biking distance to shopping, beach, fishing and food. Host was very efficient in responding and had a welcome book w/everything you need for a fun vacation. The Home was clean, updated and spacious. Enjoyed the Revelations brewery a block away. We would absolutely stay here again-

Best accomadation in the last 4 years

It is apparent the owner has put a lot of time and effort into this home…beautifully decorated, new appliances and furniture. We appreciated having 3 1/2 bathrooms and a garage to store our bikes! The location is great too- we loved being able to ride our bikes or walk to many things. It’s also just steps away from the bike trail which takes you through the woods and beautiful farm fields, or you may go in the opposite direction to the busy strip of eateries and shopping. Rehoboth beach/boardwalk was very busy but fun for our young adult children. If you prefer a quieter beach, we found Deauville beach to be just that- plenty of room for frisbees and corn hole! The location definitely has something for everyone- outlets are very close proximity and Lewes a short drive away where you can go on a Cape Water Cruise(we did the dolphin cruise and saw a lot of dolphins!) or take a ferry to Cape May. So many options nearby! The owner was also great at communicating with me and answering any questions I had. We loved our stay here!
