From start to finish, it was so easy to work with the host. We had a flawless stay and loved the property, saltwater pool, kayaks, and bikes immensely! The community seems really welcoming and tight-knit. We fell in love with St. James City and are eager to plan our next trip to this property.

The house was lovely and well appointed. We had everything we need to relax and enjoy - even great weather!!

Suburban & seasonal middle-class neighborhood with little to no natural area for birding, sparsely planted, and no public access to shore. Well-equipped, roomy house, except no bread toaster and scarcity of kitchen and hand-bathroom towels. Bidet does not work. Overall, a very nice house. Very nice heated pool and dock on canal.

Very clean and nicely furnished. Towels, sheets, pillows, and mattresses were all top notch. The dock has spring lines for easy tie up, or you can use the lift. Quick access to the sound and the gulf. The only suggestion we would make is that it would be nice to have a toaster in the kitchen.

The home was clean and exactly as described. The pool and dock area is lovely. We rented a boat and thoroughly enjoyed the inter coastal. Maria was communicative about check-in, check-out and recs. We highly recommend. It wasn’t lost on us that Hurricane Ian had damaged a lot of Saint James but this house is in perfect shape and everyone else has made tremendous progress. Definitely felt good to support the local community.

Great House, good location and well stocked

We absolutely loved this house! From the moment we walked in we were impressed by the cleanliness, the fresh updated appearance, all of the amenities and the great location & view. The pool, dock, boat lift, and canal access were all better than advertised. We will 100% be returning next year (maybe sooner!) I should also mention that the host, Maria, was very hospitable and easy to work with, we can’t thank her enough!

Access to waterway is excellent. Very short boat ride to open water. Pool was wonderful - perfect temperature. House was spotless and nicely furnished.

My wife and I brought our 5-month old for our first family vacation. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. This place is as advertised! The Dock and pool made took everything over the top. As said in previous reviews, the island is rebuilding yet the people on the island are resilient and welcoming. Will definitely be back, and hopefully with my own boat next time!

My family had an amazing time at this property. The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and had everything you would ever need for a stay. We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the back dock. A bit of a drive to the beach and obviously still a lot of rebuilding going on in the area due to Hurricane Ian. The neighbors were friendly as well We will DEFINITELY be renting this property again.

Better than advertised! Had a wonderful weekend getaway with the family 😁

The property isbexactly what I was looking for. It was in a quieter area on Isla Majures, which is what I wanted for part of my stay. The host was excellent,responded to all my questions immediately. The condo was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful area. The bus also stops right out front and takes 15min to town(20 pesos) My only recommendation would be to have a guest information sheet along with a few suggestions

First off, the house was spotless, decorated bright, beachy and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool and full boat dock facilities (private to the house with easy access to the gulf), which we used and caught numerous fish at the many spots around all the mangroves in the bay between Pine Island and Sanibel. Secondly, we were humbled by the damage around us from hurricane Ian, but amazed at the resilience of the locals that have done extraordinary things to open businesses and clean up enough to allow folks like us to escape to Florida in February and have a great fishing vacation till the water warms up here in North Carolina. I can promise you this…… not only will we return to Pine Island again, we will pick this house again! Oh and one more thing, we had front row seats watching a pair of eagles hunt and fish in the canal our house was on, their nest was only a couple blocks from this house!

We walked in to a beautiful home parked in driveway walked upstairs to front door, which was GREAT because your views are all outstanding. I wish I could post a pix of the view from my kitchen window. The lovely, heated saltwater pool followed up by the canal behind it. It was peaceful. It was warm and sunny. H house was equipped with everything you need to make it a little fun getaway. We even brought our two dogs and they loved it. Plenty of places to walk them too!

This was the perfect getaway to explore Sanibel island and Ft Myers by water. Clean is a understatement. Will book again!
