I feel horrible that I forgot to review our stay. It was just wonderful. The host was easily accessible for questions and the home was outfitted beautifully. I cannot say enough about how nice our stay was on a busy holiday weekend. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home.

Great location just off the trail. Easy access to Spokane River. Was able to get on the bike trail and ride as far as I wanted.

Everything in the house was excellent. We did not end up making any food in the kitchen but it would have had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. The house is in a small, gated community with similar houses. The only issue with the property is the location. It is sandwiched between a very busy road and a busy highway. The traffic noise is very loud and constant. It backs up to a gas station that is mostly hidden by fencing and landscaping, but it is a reminder that you are not really in a residential area. We did not utilize the outdoor patio due to the noise and location.

We really enjoyed this home. We took our three kids to Silverwoood for two days and we had a great time. It was so nice to be able to pull up to this home every night of our three night stay. The home is decorated very nice and well appointed. It was stocked well and was very clean! If we ever need to stay in CDA we’ll be back!

This house was close to downtown and probably the most well stocked I've stayed at. Everything you could possibly need. Super cute place.

As a family of 5 we usually use VRBO over hotels. There are so many places that look great pics but then leave you disappointed in person. This house was fantastic. Very clean. Furniture, beds, bedding, etc were all high quality and very comfortable. The showers had toiletries and everything was stocked so you felt at home. This host has really gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and things this property had that we didn’t even know we needed. Kitchen had every cooking item and utensil we wanted. Fireplace made it a cozy place to sit at night and the table worked well for meals and afternoon games. Hoping to stay again in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I mean spotless… it even smelled new and clean when you first walked in. My husband and I loved all the decor, and felt it was beautifully decorated. The house was stocked with anything you could need or want including most everything you may have forgotten to bring. I was so impressed at the quality of items in the home, even down to the hand soaps in the bathrooms. We had no problems with the check in process, and the communication was very clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues whatsoever the entire time. Being next to the road didn’t bother us, and road noise was minimal we felt. It was so close to downtown CDA and we could easily get to coffee, restaurants and stores in under 5 minutes. Plus, it was conveniently located next to a Chevron and mini mart which we used several times. We have nothing bad to say AT ALL, and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone in the area and will stay again the next time we are in the beautiful city of CDA!

It was a beautiful home and well stocked with everything you would need. Easy access to downtown , the River, and anything you would need.

This house was so great! It was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with my family! Like everyone else has said - the pictures don’t do justice. The house is so nice, clean & close to everything! Highly recommend this for your next CDA trip!

We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this was one of the cleanest and well stocked places we have experienced. Centrally located, just a short drive from the Resort, playgrounds and beach which the kids enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

This home made for a great place for a family celebration quick to access all facets of CDA. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice property... close to downtown Coeur d'Alene.

This house immediately felt like home. Somehow the pictures don't do this place justice. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from shampoo to coffee to games. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough plates, pots and utensils to whip up your favourite gourmet meal. The house was comfortable and clean and well located to all major roadways. We primarily stayed here to go to Silverwood Theme Park, which was only 30 min away. It felt very safe in a gated community. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond to the couple of questions that I had. My only very minor complaint was there was a bit of road noise off the main road. The house isn't located in a typical residential neighbourhood so it seemed like there were a fair number of large trucks going by early in the morning. I would 100% stay here again. In fact my daughter asked if we could knock down our house and build this house!

This rental is better than advertised. The home was very well appointed with a large modern master bedroom with a fabulous en suite and massive walk in closet. The home was built very recently and includes many nice touches such as the walk-in shower, a large kitchen island, and a nice open living area. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

Loved the location and the layout. The house had everything we needed. There were ants in the master bathroom but pest control sprayed the day we got there.

We LOVED this house! It was better than the photographs. Perfect size for the 6 of us. Great location. Would definitely stay again!

Home was wonderfully located and well equipped. Weather was wonderful too so we used the private little outside patio a lot. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay there next time we come to Coeur d’Alene.

Three generations of a family stayed here and everyone was impressed. It was well-equipped, expertly decorated, and clean clean clean. At the same time, it had a comfy home-like feel. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was just perfect.

This is a beautiful newer 3 bedroom house that was tastefully and completely equipped. We were concerned that we might hear traffic but with the doors closed, no traffic sounds. We had a few minor problems in the beginning and the manager, Sean, was quick to return a call and immediately take care of those problems. We came as a family to ride our bikes and the Centennial Trail was right behind our house with another local trail in front of the house. The Trail of the Couer d'Alenes is about a 25 mile drive to the entrance but is an experience not to be missed. Thanks again to manager Sean for making sure we had the best experience at the house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless and very nice. House is stocked with anything needed to cook, including spices. Beds are big and super comfy. It’s in a gated community which was great. It’s right next to a convenience store so we were able to walk over and get anything we needed. Close to downtown and about 25 minutes from Silverwood. Host was very friendly and responded to questions promptly. Will be booking this property again next time we visit Idaho!
