Completely fell in love with Cathie’s home. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Cathie was very accommodating and was really good about communicating before during and after our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property that is situated very close to downtown Annapolis. We were just steps away from everything! It is a great gem! Only wish our travels allowed us to stay longer! We would stay here again!

We were in Annapolis for a family wedding and really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful townhouse which was in a great location. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and very comfortable for all of us. The host was great making check-in/out process smooth, accommodating our parking needs, answering questions promptly, and providing many amenities. We only wish that we could have stayed longer! We would certainly recommend this property and host.

This property is beautiful! Extremely well kept and comfortable. Great price for our four-night stay. We couldn't have stayed for less in a hotel for all of us. Every possible amenity you can imagine. If you have it at home, you have it here! Plenty of space for 5 adults and one youngster. Downstairs lounge area was a great hangout spot. Access was easy. Parking (with pass) was easy and convenient. Contact with owner was easy, and she is extremely responsive. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you, Cathie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home has been renovated and beautifully decorated. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, a short walk to downtown. Parking was close by with the parking pass provided. Our host Cathie was great about communicating everything we needed. She was also quick to respond to an issue we had with one of the bathrooms and had a plumber come and fix it the same day. She even came and cleaned the whole bathroom top to bottom after the repairs were done. We were very impressed with the high level of service. We highly recommend this wonderful property!

Beautiful home located in the heart of Annapolis, with gorgeous decorations and lovely accommodations. Also, very walkable to majority of downtown Annapolis. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. She was available anytime I needed a question answered. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Close to downtown, plenty of room

We had my mother-in law visiting from out of town so we wanted to stay overnight in Annapolis and this was the prefect place for it. It’s a great location to downtown, but also the place is decorated very nice and cozy and does not disappoint. Parking was not an issue as the parking areas were very close. We have a 17 month old and it had a high chair and pack n play. I would just be cautious as the floor from the kitchen to the living area room had a step down so you have to watch babies and new toddlers like a hawk. Communication with Cathie was very easy and smooth. We had no issues with the place. Our only wish was that we stayed another night to get more time to enjoy the place and the cleaning and service fee cost more than half the stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, modern, and a 5 minute walk to Main Street. It slept 8 very comfortably. Cathie the owner was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Annapolis.

Can't say enough good things about the home and Cathie. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed - including to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. Except a roasting pan - but Cathie thoughtfully asked ahead of time if we needed one and supplied both a real pan and a disposable one (along with foil and oven bags!). The house is just a block off of West St. (and restaurants/bars there), and about a 10-minute walk from the popular shopping and dining areas in downtown Annapolis. Similarly, 10 minutes will get you to the Naval Academy or St. John's College. No parking out front, but comes with passes for nearby lots, if spots are available. Worst case, there are a couple other pay lots within a 1-5 minute walk. All of the walks feel very safe - including late at night. If you're coming to Annapolis, this is great location for your trip.

We had a great time on our short trip to Annapolis. This place was wonderful. It was very clean and all the linens smelled so good! Within walking distance to so many fun places. We would love to stay here again when we make it back to Annapolis.

Great location for access to DTA, USNA, & USNA stadium - easy walk to all. Very comfortable, clean & elegant! Although we did not cook the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Patio outside with furniture and fire pit. Great bonus room in basement that doubles as another bedroom Beds were comfortable and toilet paper very soft. Would absolutely stay here again during my next visit with friends. Landlord was flexible with checkin and checkout times. Best BNB I have stayed at in Annapolis. Sincerely - Ross

Cathie kept in close contact with us before and upon our arrival. We arrived to a very clean, well provisioned home with plenty of cooking items, towels, paper goods, bedding, etc. We made good use of the private outdoor area with a clean grill. The ability to separate guests on different levels away from our toddler allowed the grandparents to sleep through the night. Less than 200 feet away are coffee shops and restaurants. Looking forward to a return stay here next year.

We stayed here for almost a week and were sad to leave. We felt very much at home and the place had everything we could possibly need. Great find and would love to stay again!

As graduates of the Naval Academy we were attending a reunion and this was a perfect house! Its not only beautiful but so clean and in a great location about a half mile from downtown. The owner could not have been more accommodating and helpful! We will be back!

A group of six friends who have known each other 35-48 years enjoyed this beautiful home for a getaway. The home is very clean, very organized, serene, and has every convenience! The owners couldn’t have been nicer, especially since the door knob broke in the evening and they left a party to fix it! Definitely a superb place to stay! Also had two wonderful meals at local restaurants, Osteria 177 and Carrol’s Creek Cafe!

Easy downtown location with clean, inviting, and exactly as shown. Needs Beds comfortable and even PARKING! We all felt it was a great find.

Location, cleanliness, size of property, and ease of working with host made this the perfect property for our three day get away! Weather was not great the entire time, but we felt comfortable just hanging out at the property for a part of the time, and when we did venture out, there was everything within walking distance! Cathie was very gracious and helpful with all inquiries!

Our goal was to spend time in down town Annapolis, watch a football game and see the Naval Academy. We couldn’t have had better accommodations. Everything was easily walkable. The house was absolutely beautiful, more than enough space for our family of 9. Back yard was a bonus to sit and relax after the day was over. Easy parking. We will definitely be back!!

Could not have asked for a better stay. The location was great, condo was super clean and had every amenity you could ask for. Cathie even dropped off a crock pot at my request. And, the fire pit in the back yard was a special treat, especially after a long day of walking around the wonderful town of Annapolis.
