We had no complaints or issues. Everything described was exactly as is! Beautiful and clean home. Everything you need and more! Very happy with our stay :)

Foundationally, this home had everything to make our 8 night stay with five adults and two teens, superb. Refreshingly clean, ample kitchenware, plenty of space for two families, appropriately-heated pool and spa, well-functioning technology in the door lock, Alexa and TVs (including outdoor TV). WiFi is strong enough to stream on several devices and two TVs. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a fabulous sunrise view, yet quick convenience to Safeway and Target. Yet it was the little things we want to mention that elevate our rating. An entire pantry available for all our Spring Break snacks and beverages. Round, clear ice balls from the freezer kept our whiskey drinkers happy. Great-sized washer and dryer. The outdoor towel rack was handy and used daily. Being able to start the Spa with Alexa was an easy hands off solution to working the hot tub. Melamine dinner and glassware ensured no breakables out at the pool where we spent a majority of our time. The pool noodles w/beverage holders, sun loungers, putting green, bags set, outdoor gas fire pit and large beach towels were well received. It’s rare that we find all these outdoor amenities clean and functional - these indeed were!

We had a lovely time, the view and the pool have been wonderful. The house is extremely nice and lots of space for everyone. It would be nice to have a better stocked kitchen for making meals and extra linens in each room and bathroom.

A beautiful desert home with a fantastic backyard to play games, swim and relax in the hot tub and sit by the fire pit. Large rooms, open kitchen & great room, gorgeous mountain views and easy check in/check out. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! The views from the back patio are amazing, and even better than it appears in the listing pics! Very impressed with how clean everything was, from the massive closet spaces to the outdoor patio and furniture. Location is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Love this place!

Great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Tempe and/or Scottsdale. Great views, enjoyable hot tub, pool a little cool but felt good once you were in the sun for a while. Plenty of room for all of our family. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood

We came down from Vancouver, Canada for a girls soccer tournament. Overall, the house was amazing and well-equipped throughout. The kitchen had everything one would need. The weather wasn't great while we were at the property, unfortunately, but on the couple of mornings that were clear, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunrise. The kids loved the pool, putting area, pool table, and making smores over the fire pit. The couple of minor issues that cropped up (brief loss of connectivity of Alexa to run the hot tub, and requesting an additional propane tank) were dealt with promptly by Pete, who was very professional and responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
