We had a fabulous getaway. The property was perfect! From the location to the decor, cleanliness to amenities this trip did not disappoint. I love that the building has just a few units and the beach was spacious. At least once a day maintenance was cleaning or sweeping the premises.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for for our beach vacation. The unit was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for time at the beach. You can’t beat taking in a sunset for the balcony! We would stay here again!

This condo is right on the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for us to use. There are shops and really good restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. We hope to be back!

This very comfortable place was in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was a nice plus! The water was walk-in perfect! We had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Even the toaster was top shelf! The owner was very helpful as well.

Amazing location with impeccable, homey atmosphere. Only 90 steps to the water. It was amazing online, but even better in person. Loved the location too!

We loved Kimberly’s condo right on the beach. It’s a beautiful place, fully updated, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & cocktails on the beach. VERY clean. Great linens & a kitchen stocked with everything you need. But best off all, fabulous view of those gulf sunsets.

Beautifully decorated. Internet wasn't always reliable. Need more/better clothing storage/shelving in bedroom.

Impeccably clean and welcoming on arrival! Perfect size for 2! 1 bedroom and living area with kitchen just as pictured on VRBO site. Enjoyed sipping a glass of wine sitting in the chairs on the balcony listening to the surf and the sea gulls. It was a relaxing vacation all around. The beach was right outside our door! What could be better?!? Kimberly, our host, was communicative and prompt with instructions and concerns. Great restaurants. We enjoyed some within walking distance and others around the island: Waterfront, AMI Oyster Bar, Wicked Cantina, the Feast, Hurricane Hanks and Tide Tables just over the Bridge in Cortez on the Bay. We hope to return!

The property was clean and well equipped, albeit a bit on the cozy side. Great location. Sunny beach. What not to like?

Updated and clean place to stay. Located right on the beach.

Located on the 2nd floor, this is a very nice, bright and clean unit, furnished comfortably with a great beach vibe and mere steps to the beach. Communication, booking, and a last minute day add on went seamlessly. The unit is well stocked, beach chairs, vacuum/broom, plenty of pots/pans and toaster too. If you are a beach person and the weather is cooperative, the following will not be bothersome to you, for us with off weather, it was a bit less ideal. The following has NOTHING to do with the owner as all of this is out of their control. Next door to this building is a great beachfront restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating with a sports type bar which is expanding. Please know that once on the beach and inside the unit - all is well. Sitting on the two front porch chairs during business hours (a high table would be lovely in the future to enjoy the great supply of board game options) not so much as the sounds of hammers/drills and nail guns are relentless. Also, we encountered a flat tire overnight, presumably from the nail sticking out of the tire. Again not on the owner or the unit, just the builders carelessness. The condo itself has a laundry room unfortunately this is currently being redone so during our stay we headed down the road for laundry. Once all is complete/or the weather improves, it will indeed be a perfect getaway spot - guaranteed.

Home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The backyard is amazing as well. Location worked well for us and would stay there again.

This condo did not disappoint. It’s everything and more that the pictures display on the website. We usually stay on Bridge Street but this was far less noisy and busy yet still close to everything we enjoy while visiting. We will most certainly be back and will be seeking this particular unit.

Kimberly was great at communicating with us prior to arrival and provided helpful information for out stay. The condo was awesome. Perfect for the two of us. The views and proximity to the beach were better than we could imagine. We will definitely be back!!

Nice apartment, just on the beach. Places to eat nearby. The apartment is small but generally well equipped (except for the kitchen which is missing a few items like a peeler and only has 3 forks/knives).

Very comfortable for 2 people, right on the beach. Condo updated inside and nicely decorated. Lots on restaurants in the area.

This unit was exactly as pictured! Well stocked and easy to find. Steps from the beach and walking distance to every restaurant and shop on Anna Maria. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, perfect view. Not crowded. Great bed and so clean which is of the utmost importance to me! And when I needed to find something (that I overlooked), the owner was prompt and couteous to help me. Highly recommend😎

We had a bit of an issue regarding plumbing in the middle of the night caused us little sleep the first night there. The owner took care of it the best they could but I felt they could have offered us at least a gift card for a dinner or something. It was a rough start but overall great place!

We loved the sunsets and the easy walk to anything we needed! Wonderful beach!
