Immaculately kept with an eye for all the little details that make the stay special. Restaurant next door and cute little market across the street. Love the upstairs patio and waterfalls in back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. It’s a newly renovated cozy apartment with virtually all brand new appliances. All rooms are super clean and well-stocked. Everything worked as expected. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely come again!

Brittany’s property was very newly renovated. It’s was immaculate both inside and out. Very quiet and safe neighborhood My husband and I were lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the falls running. The property did not have central air but the portable air conditioners did a great job cooling all the rooms down Since I am a real coffee snob, I appreciated the French press in the kitchen

The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished and it is very clean. Nothing is really missing. We felt very comfortable and we would come back anytime.

The portable air conditioner units were so loud that it was difficult to hear each other when talking. It was also difficult to hear the televisions. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Because of 2 reasons, we did NOT stay our last night.

The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all amenities. We had a great weekend getaway!

This is a great place and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property was super cute with a waterfall in the backyard. It snowed while we were there and the owners came early to clean the deck, path, and parking area. The decor of the space is very stylish and clean. All the appliances are new and work great. What a great surprise to be given wine and coffee during our stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the finger lakes region this is it. Perfect location to start from to go to other locations within the area. A 30 to 45 minute driver will get you to the other lakes and towns. Just 5 minutes to Watkins Glen. Unfortunately we had to leave 2 days early because of a family emergency. The owners were completely understanding. WE LOVE THIS PLACE and will be back.

Property was easy to rent owner stayed in touch. Unit exceeded expectations. You can tell a lot of thought went into the renovation. Totally enjoyed the fire pit with the morning coffee. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Beautiful, newly remodeled and the workmanship was excellent. It was comfortable for our family and Beautiful setting. Close to Watkins Glen and other places. It was a great vacation.

This second floor apartment did not disappoint!! Everything seemed new & the apartment was spotless! We visited the area for the first time and shared the apartment with another couple. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and sharing meals, and the hostesses had provided bottled water in the fridge as well as awesome local coffee and a bottle of wine from a local winery. We also enjoyed the deck outside with the propane fireplace- it was so relaxing to sit out there and here the waterfall in the creek behind us. There are TVs in each bedroom as well as the living room and they also had a few games there to play that we enjoyed at night. It is very close to Watkins Glen State park - which was my favorite hike on the gorge trail - so many beautiful waterfalls!!

The property looks like it was recently renovated. Clean, quiet, new furniture, spacious, and looks like the pictures (as advertised). There's a small waterfall right next to the property and the area is very nice. Overall, exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time in the area (close to Seneca Lake).

Love the waterfall in the backyard and the peaceful atmosphere after a long day at grassroots festival. Cute little town with everything you need. Hosts were very accommodating even filling a couple special requests. Comfy, well stocked and virtually new. Thanks Brittany and Adam we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, clean apartment just a couple of miles away from Watkins Glen State Park. Kitchen well stocked with anything you'd need and with brand new appliances. Fabulous, new hardwood floors and a fantastic deck to sit out on.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our family trip to Seneca Lake + Watkins Glen. The property is very conveniently located and stocked with pretty much everything one might need. The owner/ manager was highly responsive and very hospitable. The welcome wine + bottles of water were really appreciated, so were the thoughtfully organized folder full of information on the area! The folder really came handy. We will surely stay here again if we visit finger lakes.

I think we were one of the first guests to take this beautiful tastefully decorated rental. It was in perfect condition, roomy and super comfortable. Everything you could want or need on vacation was thought about. We thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend!

We traveled to visit Watkins Glenn. This property was absolutely wonderful, the craftsmanship in this house was perfect and it was like walking into a brand new home. The waterfall right outside the door was wonderful we could sit on the deck enjoying our dinner listening to the sounds of the water. The host was very quick to offer assistance and responded with in minutes to any questions we had, we would definitely revisit this residence.
