WiFi connection not very strong. repeated times WiFi would disconnect during our stay at the hotel. the music was loud but that not the problem. The music was playing to many of the same music everyday. The should make a playlist for each day switch it up a bit. also no spicy food we love spicy

The staff was very friendly and was helpful with all the questions I had. The animation team (especially the two guys) did their best to entertain the crowd. The location was quite good, not in the very city centre but easily accessible by bus or by a walk (circa 1h). And there is a wonderful view of Alanya and the sunset in the evening. The area around the hotel is also quite busy during the night with many shops and restaurants to visit.

The food in the restaurant was not tasty and the choice was very poor. The wifi in the hotel was weak and worked fine only at the reception area. Although the animation team did a great job keeping the crowd entertained, the daily program was exactly the same every day. It gets quite boring after a week. Additionally, it is a pity that there was no hotel bar at the hotel beach. It would have been great to get a little cocktail or a wine at the beach as well. There are no irons in the room, and there is also no possibility to rent one. The only way to iron your clothes is by the hotel laundry service for additional costs per item. Lastly, the air conditioning in the rooms could be updated. The temperature in the room did not fall below 27C after being on all night.

Everything thing was perfect. Very nice staff and very kind manager.

Our rooms were very comfortable, we liked the style and decoration of the rooms. They were super clean, thanks to the amazing cleaning lady, and bathrooms were super convenient. Everything was super clean in the hotel. Everything was provided as you can expect from a 5 stars hotel. Special mention for the staff who were very helpful and friendly. They solve quickly the problems. The all-inclusive formula was as promised. We appreciated the easy access to the beach, as well as the available beverages. They adapt easily the meal to special diet. We also appreciated the variety of the food, including local, traditional and European style. Many thanks for the vacations, that were as we hoped. PS: Special greetings to the beauty salon next to the reception, the service was exceptional. We highly recommend.

the location of the property was good as u where in the heart of everything one straight road and u have everything on it. but the hotels location is perfect because ur not in all the noise but can still enjoy everything easily.

the food was not nice I have to say when we arrived the plates where sticky. we also had a few issues with our room as it wasn’t ready for us when we arrived, the fridge was over heating, the shower was draining, also the staff was a headache as most of them didn’t understand English and where not very friendly.
