- Very friendly and helpful customer service from Mary - Warm cabin once the heater is switched on - Quiet - Good location to all the sites

- Beds were too soft (personal preference) - Water leaks out of the shower cubicle when in use, creating a slip hazard - Cobwebs hanging from the bedroom ceiling

overall the no 13 and 14 cabins were quite good, small things like handles on frypans and saucepan are so loose and we were unable to tighten them this made cooking dangerous. cobwebs hanging from ceiling in bedroom, the bin had dirt in it when the bin bag was removed, under the toaster in the cupboard was covered in previous peoples toast crumbs., drawers had dirt and crumbs through them. a tiny slither of dishcloth was a bit mean.

Park had fantastic facilities for all. Cabins caravans & campers. Plenty for kids. Not in built up area but enough around at general store, Cafe bakery & hotel. Very central to Margaret River region. Cape Leeuwin Dunsborough etc. Great sea coves & surfing areas.

Cabin just needed a little bit of maintenance on Venetian blinds & couch a good clean. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Loved this site, only really had the pictures and reviews online to go with before the booking (we were on a holiday from the UK) and absolutely loved it. Cabin was great, location was ideal as we could walk to caves, beach etc, and staff were a pleasure to deal with, thanks again!

Bed in main bedroom squeaked loudly every time we moved or rolled over or got in or out of bed. Kept waking us up!

the shower was a little tricky to regulate, hot one minute and cold another. the extra blanket in the double bedroom wasn’t clean, it didn’t smell good 😝

-Good location with generous parking space. The chalet was fully equipped and provided everything that was needed. Although there is only a general WiFi connection point, the signal was strong enough to reach the chalet, which is more than was promised.

- Unfortunately the chalet needs a proper cleaning. There was dust everywhere, brown spray stains in the toilet, the towels were not clean and there was sand on the bed linen (although it looked at least otherwise clean). Cutlery was dirty and not properly cleaned by one of the previous guests. Since we arrived after 5pm we were not able to complain, the reception was already closed. We tried to book another accomodation, but it was a busy weekend and only ridiculously expensive ones were available. So we decided to clean it ourselves. This is the reason why we didn't bother to complain, the state of the chalet was message enough for us as guests.

The chalet was good size. Good location. It had everything you need. Great location. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was very small. Not much of a kids play area.
