We stayed at the house during a summer family trip to Breckenridge. We had four adult children with us. This is a beautiful house with plenty of room and is very nicely furnished. It is close enough to town to walk but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. It is also close to a pretty nature trail. I would highly recommend it.

This house was a wonderful place for me and my co-workers to meet, collaborate and enjoy our time here in Breckenridge. We had everything we needed and were able to focus on the items we needed to complete, yet also relax and unwind. Highly recommend!!

House and kitchen was well stocked and very clean, pictures are accurate, master area is awesome as well as upstairs loft with pool table and great for movie watching! Neighborhood is a great location a couple of minutes to town but not right in the middle of it so that was nice. Host was quick communication and accommodating!

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 8 years for family vacations. This home has to be one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. It is well stocked and has almost everything you need. There is plenty of room ti relax and sit so you don’t feel on top of each other. They have a hot tub and washer and dryer that are so amazingly helpful. The house is well maintained and in great condition. The owner of the home was so responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quite and nice as well. Lastly the location is perfect. Easy drive to just about anything you need from Main Street to the grocery store to gas to all over the place. We will definitely be staying again. My family ranged in age from 16 to 76 and all loved it. Highly highly recommend.

This is the first year we have not utilized ski in/ski out but this house was worth it.
Lots of room to spread out. There were a couple of issues.. The owners have more locked cabinets and drawers than I have seen in years. In fact, the downstairs bedroom has no closet or drawer space. There are 2 night stands that can be used as drawer space and a small closet to hang clothes in but not nearly enough space for a long stay. the other bedrooms have plenty of space in closets and drawer space. The kitchen is large and modern but the microwave doesnt work well in cooking bacon. One of the burners on the stove would not light. There are plenty of utensils, cups and cookware. The TV sound system is Bose and sounds great. Hot water is almost instantaneous and the master bathroom is huge. Overall would recommend.

2020 ski adventure
We had a great time. The house is centrally located, easily accessible to the lifts, ski rental place, the town and the bus stops. The house is well equipped, we did not have any issues while we were at the place. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and families.

Lots of beds for young adults traveling with us!
We had two mature couples and 4 boys ranging from 20-23 years of age. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space. The neighbors were nice and friendly. Easy bike or car ride downtown and close to a hiking trail to a beautiful reservoir. A moose came right up to the lower deck one day-gorgeous beast!

Lots of stairs
This is a townhome with four levels, so a lot of stairs. Kitchen, living room and dining area are on the entry level. Everything else is a climb or a descent. Master BR suite was spacious. Parking is a bit tight. Dining area also a bit cramped. Owner has lots of rules.

Good locations, HORRIBLE beds!!!
The locations was really convenient. Several of our group loved the hot tub. WiFi was decent. BUT THE BEDS ARE GARAGE. I travel for a living staying in 50+ hotel nights each year so I can usually acclimate to different beds but this place has the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. The sleepier sofa in the loft was actually broken and they had to rig it to be slept on. This then prevented us from folding it up each morning. You’ve been warned.

Property was clean and exactly as described. Convenient to the 4 o clock run and snowflake lift. 1 minute walk to the free ride bus to town and peak 9 lodge. Owner is quick to communicate

Perfect location to the snowflake lift. Able to walk into town or take the bus which drops you right in front of the house. If you don’t have a car - this is the perfect spot.

A nice place for a ski vacation
This a nice property conveniently located near town & walking distance to the slopes. Was a good layout for our girls weekend getaway with 5 bedrooms & baths. The family room is on the small size but the lifted ceiling makes it feel roomier and the dining room provides extra seating for convenient multi room conversations. We had a few minor issues during the stay, and the property manager was responsive to fix the problem (low battery smoke alarms). It’s in a complex of townhomes so parking is limited to the garage & driveway. A nice decor makes it an enjoyable place to stay with easy access to the Snowflake lift and sports rentals.

Property is in a great location for skiing and was comfortable and well equipped. It seems to be a popular property so there was a tight turnaround on cleaning and any issues from previous tenants which had not been dealt with.

Feb20 Family Ski Weekend/Reunion
We had planned & looked forward to this family ski trip for 6 months. Unfortunately, a major winter storm hit the same weekend, causing a delay & shortening of our weekend. But, this place was perfect for us, our 3 kids & their families. The bedroom layout couldn't have been better for all 14 of us and there were places for all of us to eat together for meals. Because of the storm, we had to make other transportation arrangements that left us with no vehicle. This place was walking distance to the ski rental place, Snowflake lift, and the free bus stop across the street. So not having a car wasn't an issue. Everyone had a great time & made lots of fun memories. We would definitely stay here again and only wish we could have enjoyed our full stay there.

Friend ski trip
We had a great time at this property for our three day ski trip. The location is very close to the snowflake lift and renting at charter sports was hassle free. The bus stop is right across the street which is great for getting into downtown break and a couple of times we just walked. The house was nice and had everything we needed the private hot tub was a hot item after a day on the slopes.

Very close to shuttle service for ride to town or to base if you don't want to walk. Property manager was very responsive when contacted with any questions. Wish another room had twin beds or bunk beds rather queen.. Still, would definitely stay here again!

Walk in Breck
This is a quality property. Most of the little details were taken care of, especially in the kitchen. We had three cars and had to park one on airport Road. Pretty seamless though. Location to town is ideal...we got our steps in! The unit is four stories high with the entry on floor 3, so be prepared for stair climbing. We would definitely rent this unit again!!
