Seamless check-in unlike previous experiences with other Vrbo’s. House interior is clean. Location is safe and ideal to explore Pensacola.

We enjoyed our stay and the property. Or was clean and suited ou needs. Very comfortable and the ownee was very responsive as well. We would stay here again.

After finding the location, the rest was a breeze. I would definitely go again.

The home was advertised accurately - it is as clean and pretty as it is in pictures. The host provided all items needed (and a few extras) to ensure our stay was positive. I would highly recommend this home and the ease and responsiveness of the owner in responding to questions. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here. From the time we got there to the time we left. Loved the layout of the home, the open concept, and the decor. Bathrooms were awesome. The Master bath in particular was basically a mini spa. My wife has already told me we will have to get that shower combo at home. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. Loved the privacy fence as well. There were a lot of games and activities for the kids. And as far as supplies, we didn't have to buy any extras. Everything was well stocked. Great place to be for families. Of course it is about 20 min from the beach as advertised so that was already expected. If I had any suggestions, it would be to put in an above ground pool. There is a great spot in the back yard where one could go. And with it being a distance from the beach, it would be a nice feature for kids and families just to hit the pool on hot days, when driving to the beach isn't an option or just to get in the water. And I'm sure it would make it an even more popular rental. Anyway, thanks for being a great host. We will definitely be back!!

WE WENT FOR A DIVE TRIP AND THIS HOUSE WAS CLOSE TO THE MARINA SO IT WAS NICE FOR US. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AS WELL. HE CHECKED IN WITH ME A COUPLE OF TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. IT'S A CUTE HOUSE BUT ONLY ONE BED THAT WAS NOT TWIN. IT WAS FINE FOR US THOUGH. IT IS CLOSE TO WALMART AND PUBLIX WHICH WAS NICE. OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE AND WOULD RETURN AGAIN.

Beautiful furniture, nice accent of games to play, very clean inside, and loved the godly expressions throughout the home, though we did not use the sauna, it was clean and ready to be used. Suggestions: the mothball smell is overwhelming and consider brushing off the cobwebs off the porch. Other than that, everything was very nice and a home away from home atmosphere. Any family would feel comfortable and cozy in this hidden gem!
