This is our favorite place to stay in Wimberly! It’s clean, quaint, and close to town.

This property is far nicer than any of the photos can show! Exquisite modern rustic decor. What a treat to stay at such a wonderful retreat, and a retreat is just what we were needing. You can enjoy supreme natural privacy, local wildlife visits, an exceptional Blanco River view and access all while being less than a mile from the charming Wimberley central shopping/restaurant area. The home is multi-level, so not the best option for those who have difficulty with stairs, but certainly adds to the visual charm of this property. The kitchen has EVERYTHING

Great location with high-end accessories. This house and property has the best layout for relaxing, cooking and views. Direct access to the blanco river for fishing, swimming and tubing. We enjoyed feeding the deer, hanging out in the water and the beautiful back porch for gathering. The interior of the house was beautiful, clean and accommodating for all your needs. Very close for dinning, shopping and ziplines. We couldn't be happier with the management for great communication and the very thoughtful meat/cheese board with complimentary wine. We will be back.

The house has a great design and build, and the property, with lawns stretching down to the river, is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home comfortably appointed - close to Wimberley square (but peaceful quiet location) - easy driving access to wineries, Glassworks, Jacobs Well. We also did a quick day trip to Stonewall (LBJ ranch) and Dripping Springs. We inadvertently locked ourselves out one afternoon and the property management team and owner were very responsive and gracious. One of the nicest properties and most relaxing mini vacations (with daily visits from local deer!) - thank you for sharing your beautiful home

The home is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the large property and the river view. It’s a short walk to town (but no sidewalk). Two minor things to be aware of - if you have limited mobility, be aware that there are a lot of stairs, and the property is near a major road, which is really not an issue (It’s not loud and it’s only visible when you are close to the river). We loved all of the deer in the yard, and the property owner could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend this property!!

1st VRBO rental and My family and I enjoyed our stay throughout. All pictures and descriptions match the property. The daily morning and night deer visits were wonderful. The host providing feed and encouraging the feeding was great. The deer were a wonderful addition to the space. Plenty of space for four, and the Alexa guided speakers inside/outside in the patio added to the atmosphere and a great touch. **note: you are next to the road coming into town, so you do have some road noise, but it didn't bother me one bit.** The river access, fire pit, proximity to town and the Deer make this place a perfect choice for a family of 4. Close enough to walk to Wimberley Square but secluded enough to make it peaceful (minus the occasional car passing by). Great choice for any family planning a visit to Wimberley. Would definitely book again.. ps. Bring your coffee pot and coffee if you're a big coffee drinker as we are, especially in these cool December days. Keurig and keurig cups are provided with property. But we drink a bit more coffee than that.

Loved this place! Great backyard and area outside to hang out. Some deer visited us in the backyard. The decoration and space was so beautiful and made us feel at home. The fire pit area by the river was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This is one of the best VRBO’s that I have stayed in. The house was clean and well updated. Everything was prepared perfectly for our arrival. The guitar by the fire place was even in tune. Highly recommend.

We loved the house, loved the outdoor area. We had deer everywhere and foxes. The river is not close and you cant see it very well from the house. With that said, it is a great property very close to town but feels secluded. You can't talk at all to the rental agency. Luckily everything worked or we would have been out of luck. I asked numerous times about where to purchase some outdoor artwork and no response at all.

Process was easy for rental and very much appreciated the communication binder.

This was the perfect getaway I was looking for. The home is beautifully decorated and so cozy. It’s nestled between the creek and the Blanco river on a hill with beautiful scenic views. The window view from the master bedroom was amazing to enjoy watching deer in the morning. The river was just down the hill and I really appreciate the steps going into the river. This was secluded enough for your privacy but still a stones throws away from all the shops and restaurants. Will be making this a yearly rental

We loved this little house on the river! It is a super clean, well decorated, peaceful little place minutes from town but very private and secluded. We would definitely go back!

My husband & I stayed at this lovely little cabin for a 3 day getaway. The cabin is beautifully furnished and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved watching the deer from the huge window seat. The outdoor spaces are possibly even nicer than the indoors —multiple seating areas with grills and fire pits. It was August (hot!) so didn’t use these as much, though they are well shaded, but they were really nice. River access couldn’t be better—kayaked a lot and waded in the Blanco River. I’d recommend water shoes if you plan to get in the water. The cabin is also SUPER convenient to downtown Wimberly—we could’ve walked (we didn’t—August is really hot!) Lovely place, definitely would recommend this lovely cabin.

Beautiful property, landscaping was gorgeous! Close to the main road but really don't notice it due to all the beautiful trees and natural sound barriers. We made good use of the outdoor patio for our morning coffee time. The ceiling fans were very much appreciated! The outdoor shower came in handy after we had floated in the river, loved the private access. The house is beautiful inside and out, well equipped and very comfortable. Such a peaceful place to spend a much needed relaxing weekend. The coffee maker is a Keurig single cup maker which we weren't prepared for, we had brought ground coffee. Found a coffee shop in town we utilized each morning instead. Paper towels weren't provided, but thankfully I had brought a couple of rolls along. Everything was clean and very comfortable, love that window seat! I would suggest having a chat with the cleaning company, the interior is being taken over by spiders and their webs. They should be sweeping under the furniture, along the baseboards, and the stairs. Also need to be dusting the lamps and behind the mounted televisions. We especially loved the wild life visits outdoors. The families of deer were exceptional. Nice touch having the feed available for us to give them. A little gray fox also came by a couple of times, beautiful! The perfectly placed flowers drew in the hummingbirds, amazing to watch through the picture window. Thank you for sharing this gem with us, we hope to return!

Great location if your the person that likes to walk to your destination for dinner and drinks. On the edge of town and right on the water. Bring your tubes and cooler and just sit in the river or the NUMEROUS perfect backyard spots for just hanging out with your friends. The house was very clean up to date. The deer would come visit every morning and evening to eat. A++ place that was found by accident.

We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor decks, swimming and paddling in the river, and walking to the Blue Hole Nature Trail. Beautiful house well-situated on the river.

Highly recommend if staying in Wimberly. The house is clean, tasteful and comfortable. Great location - walkable to town but it feels very secluded! We didn’t cook really so I can’t speak to the use of the kitchen but it looked well stocked! Definite clean and updated. Great stove and fridge. We enjoyed our three nights and wish it could have been longer.

This home is absolutely beautiful - better than pics! This home was perfect for our small girls weekend getaway. The owners thought of everything. Home was beautifully decorated, beds were amazing, covered porch was cozy for late night chats. Location was prime - super close to town but felt remote. Would definitely stay here again!
