Loved the place and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Owner was very responsive and it was spotlessly clean. Needed a couple more chairs but other than that it was great. Don't trust Google maps. Use the directions on VRBO only.

We had a group of adults that were visiting Worlds of fun amusement park and instead of each one paying for a hotel room, we all went together and rented this home. It was great that we each had our own spaces and even though it was not close to the park, it was easy to navigate to via interatate and it was not far off the interstate. If you will be staying with light sleepers, be aware the doors to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are quite loud because they stick just a little. I was pleasantly surprised to see shampoo conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower and the closets were labeled to let us know there were additional towels and bedding available. We could not get the ice maker on the refrigerator to make any ice, but we did not rent the property for that! It is located in a cul-de-sac and parking is limited to the driveway due to the rest of the street being other driveways or taken by other vehicles. If our group returns to the area, this property will be on our list to stay again. Nothing extravagant, but clean and comfy which is what we were looking for!

Unfortunately, this was one of our most disappointing experiences. We booked this home for our 9 family members to travel to see an MLS game. The owner/mngr sent the regular confirmation email, which I acknowledged, & assumed everything was fine. I messaged the owner when we were on our way to see if we could possible checkin 30 minutes early & got no response. I later texted him & I was informed that there had been a mistake & that someone had booked through Airbnb & the property was already occupied. He said he would try to find another property, but was unable. Fortunately, our money was refunded. VRBO informed us that the owner/manager should have their accounts sink to avoid overlapping reservations. I am not sure if the owner has this or not. We booked prior to the Airbnb booking (which we found out was 3 days before our planned arrival).We decided to drive by the property to see if, in fact, it was occupied & it was. We then felt very blessed that this did not work out! The property was not in good condition & the grass was very tall. Additionally, the majority of the properties on the street were in disarray. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was super inconvenient and we ended spending $350 more for our trip to book hotel rooms for 9 people at the list minute. This is a good reminder to confirm bookings AND make sure they actually acknowledge any communication with you prior to booking. I wouldn't recommend renting this property or from this owner.
