This property came as advertised. Had a fantastic family vacation. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Cape Cod Rail Trail right up the street made for great morning walks. Mel is a fantastic host. Would not hesitate to come back.

House exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, plenty of space for my family of five. Excellent location too, we were one hour from the MV ferry and 20 minutes from Ptown! Mel is an excellent communicator which is super helpful while traveling. Please treat this place with respect and care- there are very few Cape rentals like this! I noticed some comments about hot water, first off it’s the Cape, quirks like this are expected. We staggered our showers and we’re perfectly fine, plus we utilized the outdoor shower which always had hot water!

We vacation every summer in Eastham for a week. This home is lovely and the hosts, Mel and Rich, were very attentive from the welcome basket to the sheets and towels provided —it was perfect! We especially liked hanging out in the screened porch ‘living room’. Comfortable beds, great outdoor shower—A great spot for the family!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation … clean, spacious, modern and well-furnished. The location is ideal for mid-Cape beaches, restaurants and shopping, and the owners communicated before and during our trip to make sure there were no issues. We would return without hesitation!

This is a very comfortable and well appointed home. Eastham location provides a great starting off point for so many things. Orleans shopping was convenient, we liked Shaw’s, but Friends and Stop & Shop were also good options. Best outdoor shower ever, and great s’mores in the fire pit.

A beautiful rental in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere on the Cape within 45 minutes. Rental was exactly as shown. Very clean and very well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were great to deal with. One small issue was that after 2 of us showered in the morning there was very little hot water left for the other 2 of us. In spite of this, I would rent again!

We had a great stay in a house that is a Home with thoughtful touches. It is very comfortable and inviting. The owner Mel was very responsive and check in was super easy. The house was spotless!! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The location is a wonderful quiet Cape Cod neighborhood. We look forward to returning to take advantage of the easy access to the Bike Trail and beautiful 3 season room!

What an incredible property with the sweetest hosts! We arrived to a beautiful, spotless home equipped with everything we would need for our short vacay on the Cape! We were met with the most thoughtful gift basket and note and the hosts were in touch throughout our stay! We had everything that we needed and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The house is in a great location with wonderful proximity to beaches, dining, shopping, etc... We were able to visit Hyannis (twice!), Chatham, and Provincetown...all on one tank of gas! A+++

We just spent a month at Mel and Rich's wonderful home on Cape Cod. The home is close to ocean and bayside beaches ,very close to Orleans for shopping and only 35 minutes to Provincetown. The home is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped, perfect for dining in which we did many times. There is even a wonderful 3 seasons room. Mel and Rich are great hosts. Checking in was very simple. We highly recommend this home

My family and I very much enjoyed the house. It had everything we wanted and was located in a very nice neighborhood in Eastham. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We visited the Cape to celebrate my mom's birthday and this beautiful home was really icing on the cake. With many high-end pluses like new beds & provided linens, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, flat-screen TVs, a comfy, sun-filled sunroof & more; it was everything we could have wanted. A great location with privacy and easy access to many attractions including the rail trail, also added to the property. Mel was very responsive and even checked in midway through our stay to make sure all was well. We certainly hope to visit again in the future.

My husband myself and another couple stayed for 5 nights. The home has such charm, very clean and well stocked. We loved the sunroom and how easy it was to access the bike path. Both king beds were very comfortable. We would love to visit again very soon.

A wonderfully located, newly renovated cape on the Cape with great proximity to the beautiful Coast Guard beach and Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking. Super comfy mattresses, Flat Screen TV in all bedrooms and living room, well equipped kitchen and fantastic outdoor shower - all new in 2022. And linens included! What more could you ask for? The hosts are wonderful. We had a fabulous 11 nights here. Coming back next year!

We were very pleased with the rental- the owners have thought of every little detail! Perfect size for our family of 4! As first time Cape Cod visitors, we were so pleased with the central location as well- we were able to do all the exploring and didn’t feel like we had to drive too far in any direction. Especially loved being able to walk/run on the trail that is just .2 miles from the home! Thank you also for all of your wonderful suggestions for restaurants- we tried many of them and it was so nice to have recommendations! Thanks for sharing your adorable home with us!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house comfortably accommodated our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Plenty of storage for our bikes in the garage. Had all the amenities of home and conveniently located next to the bike path. The homeowners were helpful and responsive. We loved our stay.

Stayed here with a group friends for a few days. The house was immaculately clean, organized, and had everything you could think of! Highly recommend for any age group if you're looking to spend time on the Cape.

We had a great stay. Place is beautiful, private, quiet with easy access to everything. Completely renovated kitchen open to dining and living space which made the stay super comfy. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great amenities and appliances to cook anything you want in your home away from home. Enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon happy hour in the vibrate sunroom with bright sunlight!! The Cape Cod bike trail is an easy walk and quick easy ride to the bay beach, National Seashore, Orlean’s Nauset Beach. Easy drive to Provincetown, Wellfleet drive in, Truro vineyard and everything in between you’ll find on Route 6. Great place, great location!!

Our family LOVED our stay at Bayberry Trails! The owner Mel was very communicative and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. The pictures and description were completely accurate (actually the house looks better than the pics.) Everything was spotlessly clean, including inside the closets and drawers, completely updated and so nicely decorated. One huge plus over other places we stayed were the beds and the bedding-SO cozy with high quality linens and mattresses. We also loved cooking in the kitchen which looks brand new. Mel has provided everything we needed to cook up some tasty meals. A highlight was spending our mornings in the large screen room just relaxing with coffee and smelling the salt air. The neighborhood is quiet and there is no traffic on the little lane-very safe for kids. We also loved how close the house is to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We biked with our 2 grandkids over to Rock Harbor and fell in love with the quintessential Cape Cod fishing harbor and then watched a magnificent sunset. We also found a private beach but we aren’t sharing its location :-). We plan to return every year-my grandchildren are already calling it “Nana’s Cape House”. I highly recommend this home! Thank you Mel and Rich for making our vacation so memorable.

This is lovely house which checked all the boxes -- had everything we could want and was centrally located -- we loved being close to the great restaurants in Orleans. Even though it was a bit chilly, we did bike ride to the beach which was awesome.
