We stayed in December and this was a very convenient location to skiing and snow tubing at Massanutten. Only a 4 minute drive. The house is very clean. The game room and board games were a great feature for the kids. We loved having three king sized beds in the house. The host Stephen was very responsive and communicative. Probably worth noting that the upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths (one bath is an en suite to the master). The other full bath on the upper level is shared. The basement has a king sized bedroom but the full bath is not attached.

Deerhaven is a beautiful home with amenities for all ages. We loved the fully-stocked kitchen for preparing meals and the large dining room table where everyone in the family could gather ‘round to eat, talk, and laugh. One thing that everyone loved at Deerhaven were the comfortable beds. The kids and grownups alike had a blast in the game room. We also appreciated the special touches like hot chocolate and snacks and the coffee bar with everything needed to waking up each morning just perfect. We look forward to staying at Deerhaven on our next visit to Massanutten.

The property was well up to date and had lots of supplies that that we needed! VERY clean. No complaints there and I’m extremely germaphobic. I got a little confused with the amount of guests and I think it may have been from a generic message from them. Maybe just ask for a heads up of guests before the day of reservation was my only suggestion? They were extremely nice and understanding hosts though, so definitely would recommend again! Thank you for having us! Perfect for wedding day getting ready pics!

The house was very clean and well equipped. Great location and a beautiful house. Plenty of room and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Game room was a blast and we had a great time playing all the games. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the deer. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this house. It is very clean and has everything you need. The layout and decor is exceptional. It has plenty of room to spread out. We were here for JMU family weekend. The game room was a huge hit. We will definitely return.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. The game was great and the back deck was a nice gathering place. There were a lot of small touches such as snacks and coffee that were much appreciated. Hosts were very responsive with answering questions and making recommendations. We would definitely stay here again

The house had everything you needed and was convenient to everything at the resort. The property owners responded quickly to all questions. Overall I would recommend this place to all.

The house was very clean and up to date. Our 2 year old loved the game room area. We had a good time just too bad we were rained out but will be booking again soon

Kids loved the game room and having multiple spaces to hang out. The house was immaculate. Only hiccup was an issue with the door access code, but the owner fixed the issue quickly.

The Deerhaven property was even better in person than in the pictures. The house was very clean, well kept and fully loaded with top of the line home essentials, furniture, and appliances. The kids had so much fun playing with the games, game tables, and bball that for the first time in forever, they were engaging in real life and not glued to their devices. The owners were super helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommended Deerhaven!

This property was incredible. The game room occupied our kids there whole time! Everything was brand new and the beds were so comfortable. Kristen and Stephen did a great job communicating with us. We would happily come here again!

Deerhaven truly lived up to its name - we loved watching the deer outside each morning and evening. The house is clean, well equipped, and spacious. The kids particularly loved the game room and the snacks provided by the hosts! A great option for vacationing in Massanutten!

This is the only property I will ever stay in when I travel to Massanutten. I love how the property is on the mountain and it feels like a true mountain vacation. My children were completely entertained with the game room which allowed the adults to enjoy our time. This is the only property I've seen that anticipated the needs of both adult and child.
