We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Very clean and had everything we needed while we were there.

We went for 5 days. Nice place. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee maker and Keurig and espresso machine so you have options. The place was clean. Only suggestion is to bring your own beach chairs. They have some but are well used

Was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed - clean, only negative was the linens - you need to bring your own. Overall- excellent!!

Your home was wonderful, everything as described and more. A stone’s throw from the beach. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Very quiet in the house given that it was on the Main Street. But ice cream across the street. We will always remember this week - my son proposed to his future wife on the beach! Happy memories! Thank you.

We all love this property. It was amazingly well located and beautifully appointed. Was a delight to stay in it, and we are talking about trying to come back next year as well.

Not only was the home clean, bright, well furnished and equipped with convenient easy-to-use technology, but also the fenced in yard and outdoor shower are perfect for families with small children. The location: ideal! Sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the bay a quick 5 minute walk!

This house is just perfect! Fully air-conditioned and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for guests with pets. We were able to walk to restaurants and a great grocery store! We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home as a family of 4 with 2 small kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the beach gear! The house is a short walking distance from the beach, market, ice cream parlor and restaurants!

We loved our week in LBI at this property! It was clean, the check in process was seamless and it was a perfect set up for our family. With two little ones we were unsure how the week was going to look with a house they were unfamiliar with but this house had all the amenities we needed and was safe and kid friendly! Our daughter loved playing in the yard and the outdoor shower! Thanks again for a great week and we hope to be back next summer!

We were immediately comfortable at this home. We enjoyed the convenient location to beach, ice cream, and pizza. We spent time in the spacious fenced yard and enjoyed cooking and playing games in the gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for 2 small families.

We celebrated Father's Day weekend here with family and had a wonderful time. John was super responsive ahead of the trip and during the trip. Things we loved about this property: - great big kitchen and kitchen table - nice layout with a private master bedroom on one side with outdoor access and another large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (plus a third bedroom that had twin beds we could easily push together). - everything is labelled clearly in the house (kitchenware especially, which there is a lot of—a huge plus) - washer/dryer in a great laundry room - super close to the beach, and on a part of the island where the beach is super quiet (we felt like we had a private beach at times) - close proximity to markets/coffee shops, etc Things we wish were different: - a little bit of dog hair (although a normal amount for any house that has had a dog in it) - we had to bring down towels and sheets for all the beds, which was tough coming from an NYC apartment where we didn't have a ton of extras, but it was doable since we were driving down in a car Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return next year!

Property is easily locatable, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and food market. Had great weather over Columbus Day weekend!! Furnished nicely (except we could've used some more blankets) and kitchen well stocked with three different ways to make coffee/expresso!!! Once we figured out the splits, baseboard heating control and ceiling fan in main living area, we were very comfortable. Most of all we appreciate the ability to rent a dog friendly house. Highly recommend this property!!!

Overall our experience was good. The house was equipped with full amenities .However there was air conditioning problem that took two days to fix with two uncomfortable sleeping nights in one bedroom and kitchen area.

We had a great stay. The house was updated, clean and conveniently located with a 2 min walk to the beach. It is also in walking distance to a few restaurants, the market , a pizza place and a ice cream parlor. The owner John was very responsive and answered any questions we had during our stay.

This was our first time in Harvey Cedars and we Loved the location and home! It was lovely being a short block to beach. The home was also filled with lots of great amenities! The owner was is also very kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's airy and comfortable, everything is updated and it's very well equipped, the owner gave very clear instructions on where everything is and how it all works. I love the split-system air, that way everyone can keep their bedroom at the temperature they like! Harvey Cedars is a great location, my two little grandchildren loved the bay beach for swimming as well as the Sunset Park playground. And the ocean beach is beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful quick getaway.

The home was beautifully decorated with a fabulous large dining table. The Owner was very informative. I highly recommend this property.

I’ve grown up going to LBI but never ventured into Harvey Cedars. The owner takes a lot of pride into ensuring your stay is perfect. The communication was great, the location to the beach is a 45 second walk. The home was spotless when I arrived and there’s everything there that you would need to make your stay enjoyable. From the decor to all the amenities it just felt right and me and my wife both agree that we will be back next year. Final note, there’s an ice cream parlor and pizza shop within walking distance that were both fantastic.
