Property was in excellent condition. Everything exceeded our expectation. The host was very polite. Will look for this property next time we're in Yuma.

This place was amazing! We were in town for a reunion l. The size was impressive for my family to stay. I loved that each room was set up like a natural home and not stuffed with beds. We had excellent downtime in the pool. We decorated eggs around the large outdoor patio table and played pool inside at night. The pool was warm during the day. A little chilly in the evening. It had toys, floating items, goggles, and a water fountain. The pool has ample space for sitting inside and out. I appreciate it, because my 3 year did not want to leave the they have pool. They left speakers for us to use outside. They thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything possible to make your stay easy. I loved the decor and style. It created a soothing relaxing environment. I loved waking up and enjoying coffee. It was relaxing. The beds were comfy and the bedding was of great quality. The pillows were firm, which wasn’t our favorite but everything else made up for it. The kitchen was equipped with everything to stay home and cook. The washer and dryer worked great and came with a few pods for us to us. Thank you for that! The upstairs bedrooms had a loft with desk and sofa to enjoy. We will definitely be back soon.

This home is beautiful, immaculate and very comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed our stay immensely. There were 3 couples (no children) in the house. It was very nice, we all enjoyed our stay. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best VRBO I've stayed at. The host Kristie has thought of everything. Kristie reached out to me after our group settled in and wanted to make sure everything was going well. Stunning property. Wanted to listen to music by the heated pool but forgot my Bluetooth speaker. No worries, there are two on the counter for guests to use! Had a problem with the pool pump however Kristie was quick to answer after I messaged her and she got the pool company there the same day ! It is clear that Kristie cares for her properties and makes sure that guests have a good experience. Highly recommend!

Are family enjoyed are stay at this house. The outdoor and indoor space was great for entertaining family. The host reached out to check on us, but there was no need to. Everything worked as it should. We will be back to Yuma in the the future and this house will be at the top of our list.

The house was perfect for our family trip to Yuma! Very clean property with nice amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was super helpful and responsive. When I had asked if there was a baby gate for the stairs, she went out and bought one for us to have while staying there. Above and beyond service! We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this house to get dental work done in Los Algodones, making this house a great location because it was on the west (?) end of town and the first exit on the California side making it very easy to go back-and-forth all week long as we got work done. The master bedroom is on the main floor making it very nice for a couple to stay here comfortably without having to even use the upstairs. There were three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs along with an open space for with a couch. The pool was very relaxing and we spent most of our time on the lovely, expansive patio area that had several different seating areas. It would have been perfect for a large gathering. Kriste, the owner, was very responsive and let us extend our stay a couple of times when the dental work took longer than expected. We said many times over the week we were very happy that we decided to rent this house rather than stay in a hotel, it definitely made getting all the terrible work done a lot easier. We will definitely stay here again when we need to go back to get work done. Thank you Kriste, for making a tough week bearable.

We had an amazing time with our family in this lovely spacious home. Very clean and lots of fun thing to do around the house. The swimming pool was perfect for the adults and children. And the pool table was realy nice! 👌 It was the perfect little getaway for us. Highly recommend.!

We had an excellent stay in Yuma in Picacho 8 ( Kristies house). The house is immaculately clean, roomy and laid out well for our group of 6. It’s very well equipped with new appliances, eating and cooking utensils , plates- really everything you will need. The beds were comfortable , with nice linen , and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The pool area was very enjoyable and a great way to beat the Yuma heat! The house is on a quiet street in an upscale neighborhood. It has easy access to shopping . Kristie was super nice, professional and very helpful. Great communication from start to finish. We can’t recommend this place highly enough- it really is perfect!!
