La localisation qui permet de rejoindre à pied Sienne en 25’.

Close to downtown Siena, room are clean and comfortable, there are bar and supermarket nearby. Everything’s are convenient.

It is a very beautiful place. You can feel the spirit of Tuscany in every single detail. The host is very helpful and the garden is really amazing.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was within a 15min walk (uphill to the walled town and downhill back) that wasn't too challenging if you enjoy reasonable mobility. Breakfast was not available at the dwelling, that does allow more time in the town, and lot's of choice there. A little bus makes the journey every 15mins, tickets at the tobacconist near the stop. Private car park was good, and the host Jon was great. Seinna is amazing; for us we were travelling home from Greece through Italy from Bari to Calais. The on-board mapping system took us to the entrance driveway, from the supplied info.

It’s a lovely tuscan house, decorated with attention to detail, very clean.
The host Gianni is super friendly.
Free convenient parking at the hotel.
Best spot if you are coming by car. Great location for day trips around Tuscany. When visiting Siena, you can either take a 2km walk or drive to the S. Catarina Parking at the gate to the old town.

Clean, comfortable, quite, beautiful garden, 30 min. walk from center (i find it as a pros - quite at evening), great host with many advices for sightseeing Siena.
Little inconvenience is that there is no kettle in the room that you can make at least caffe or tea.
But this is “the biggest” cons i could find.

Best accomodation we have during our trip in Italy. Nice atmosphere because of an old house which was renovated with taste and love. Surounded with a garden where are several places for sitting. Parking near the house is also advantage. Gianni, the owner, is nice and helpful.

Super stay in a really nice property on the outskirts of Siena. Perfect location for walking into Siena, but also having easy access out of the city. Room was huge and comfortable. Beautiful attached garden & the host Gianni was super helpful and great to chat with.
Breakfast would have made this stay perfect.

nd had everything we needed. The place itself was beautiful and located just outside of the main walls of Sienna but with easy bus links to and from. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming and helped us with key information. Would definitely recommend!

The location is excellent, near the motorway but with a quiet garden, also the Siena center is within walking distance if you don't have a car. The house and the garden are in typical Tuscan style, charming. Personel is very kind and the room is very clean.

Lovely traditional style accommodation within walking distance from Siena centre. Very comfortable room with lots of nice touches and the owner is lovely and helpful!

Lovely room, comfortable bed. Fridge and safe in the room which was useful! Bus to Sienna town is a 5 minute walk, very convenient. Walking to Sienna town takes 20-25 minutes. Our Host Giovanni was so welcoming and helpful, really made us feel at home! We asked for a kettle and this was placed in our room. Very quiet location, lovely stay! Free parking.

It was a shame that the hotel wasn’t doing breakfast, but on the other hand this meant I got straight out of the door in the morning and spent more time in Siena!

The location is perfect with or without a car (20’ walking to the old city center) and I couldn’t recommend more the rooms. Cool during a warm day even without the aircon working, clean and with a rustic, welcoming vibe. Gianni is a great host, eager to share info for your visit and have a chat with you.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Podere il Pero! The location was excellent, a quiet retreat after a day exploring beautiful Siena! We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting and would happily return. Grazie mille!

The hotel is very beautiful and cute. It has a very stylish design and very nice yard with lemon trees. The owner was very helpful and gave us the information about the nearest laundry where we cleaned our clothes. The bed was super comfortable and it is very quiet there so we had a nice sleep. Highly recommend for nature lovers and those who are looking for sth authentic in Italy!
The location requires the car, it is possible to walk to Siena historic center (around 20 -25 min), but the walk is not super nice and especially if you go back late after dinner might be dangerous (narrow roads with no lights and pavement). But there are some restaurants and shops very close to the hotel too.

Very friendly host who gave us great breakfast recommendations nearby. Spacious room and bathroom. Beautiful garden. After long days in the Siena surroundings we never walked to the city center, but went by car.

Great location with parking just a 15 minute walk from the walls of Siena. Beautiful garden with lemon trees and the smell of flowers was lovely. Nice area to sit outside. Bed very comfortable and shower was amazing. Host very friendly and provided Siena map and directions. Free toiletries was a nice touch. Room cleaned during stay and fresh towels offered and provided.

Very warm welcome from the owner with good tips of local food and activities.
The location is perfect, just outside the city walls with free private parking. From there you can explore Siena by foot or take off to explore the Tuscany surrounding area.

Our host was very helpful, he was there for us for everything we needed even late at night! The room was very clean and spacious. For our roadtrip it was an excellent spot for visiting Siena and Tuscany countryside

Owner is perfectly nice and helpful (explained the entire Tuscany area). The rooms are wonderful, clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and there is also a fridge. The sourrounding garden is beautiful and a terrace actually offers to enjoy some drinks.
Siena is close (walking: 20min, Bus: 5min) and the Tuscany area can be perfectly discovered from this place.
Even though it's COVID times, a breakfast offer would have been great.
Also some (wine) glasses would be great to have to enjoy the freshly bought Montipulciano or Chianti Classico in the wonderful garden!
