Everything we could hope for, space and seperate front room for parents. Amazing communication.

Upstairs was open to downstairs lounge and main dining through cut it walls. yet was a “bedroom”. Property was a little dated but was still perfect value.

The property was not ready at the agreed time and we had to sit in the lounge with our luggage at 11pm waiting on the owners to finish cleaning, making beds etc. I thought there may have been a lock box or something. They left at 11:20pm and agreed to refund the first night. I rang a month latter wanting to know when we would get our refund and they refused. We were lied to. Also the property was very overgrown with vegetation and old mail was overflowing out of the letterbox. The property looked derelict. The airconditioning made all the tiled floors very wet. We slipped on the tiles. There wasn't the correct bedding available for the number of guests that paid for. There were enough beds but not the right size bedding for some of the beds. Probably one of the worst stays I have had through booking.com.

Unfortunately the bedding configuration was set up very late so host still on site after our (late) arrival. it was sorted however to our needs.
