It’s a little studio apt. Decent size. Kitchen, table, bed. Kitchen has fridge, 2 burner stove microwave, pans, dishes, etc. everything you need but bring your own coffee/tea, etc.
my room was ground floor, right on the street. Had security shutters to shut out noise/light& for safety.
10 min walk from train station, 10 mins to city center.
Owners very friendly, no English, google translate worked!
No TV!

Très sympa et le coin cuisine très utile. La douche très bien. Il ne manquait rien
on était sous le toit et comme il a plu nous avons dû fermer le velux et on a eu chaud mais sinon rien à dire

Le protocole utiliser et le confort du studio
Trop de bruit quand il pleut, les mouette sur la fenêtre du plafond, les escalier et le voler qui bug quand je veux l’ouvrir avec sa télécommande sa ouvre celui du voisin

Das Zimmer war sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Für ein Pärchen, welches zb vor einer Überfahrt nach Dover einfach übernachten möchte mehr als ausreichend. Auch für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend. Der Preis war im Gegensatz zu andern Zimmern Umschlagbar gut. Wir kommen wieder.
Nicht wirklich schlecht, nur etwas klein. Wir waren aber auch in einem der kleinsten und dementsprechend preiswerteren Zimmer.

Le studio est très propre
Les voisins très bruyants à 01h30. Ils sont rentrés en faisant beaucoup de bruit sans soucier des autres.

The apartment house is in a very central location, easy to find, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. I could access my room easily with a code, and a key in a key safe. The apartment itself was pretty small, but totally fine for 2 people for a few nights - except the things below. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a large comfortable bed. The room was nice and clean.
There was no wardrobe. Where am I supposed to put my clothes?
Also, my room was pretty small, and as it's attic apartment, I could only see the sky from the window (and as a tall person the height of the room was not so comfortable). But these are not the things that can be improved.

Very good location. Spacious apartment, very clean and well appointed. We were allowed a late checkout with no issues. The apartment was secure and easy to acess.

Great studio/apartment which is located in the center of Duinkerken. Well decorated and with the plants it feels like home :-)

Extremely clean and fresh, probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Location, comfortable walking distance from train station, beach, museums etc. Literally dozens of options for food within a few minutes walk. Excellent communication, easy to find and enter property.
As noted on other reviews, paper thin walls. The occupants of the next room were not loud, normal talking voice was easily discernable. City center location may not suit everyone I was accosted by many beggers.

it was waking distance from train station and about 20 minute walk to the beach, our main purpose of traveling there. the room was spotless clean.
the shower although was extremely clean, it had a bad strong smell, probably coming from the pipes. the neighborhood "felt" unsafe, but happened at all
