Location is perfect. Lots of parking spaces nearby. Restaurants, cafes with great food and drinks. Room was clean and we had everything what we needed.

Very good AC! Beautiful and calm location and building. Nice host, flexible check in. Clean room. Wide balcony. We appreciated that we were able to leave the luggage’s to the reception after check out. Services around.

One of the beds was shaky, so not so comfortable. Toilet flushes poorly. More EU adapters ready to the rooms ( UK sockets).

The view from the terrace is amazing. The property is in close proximity to restaurants and shops. At the ground floor of the building there is a nice and cosy coffee shop with various breakfast options. We found three rocky beaches nearby, with amazing water for a good swim. The host is helpful and prompt. They offer airport transfer at a good price. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Malta.

The bathroom could use a refurbishment, the furniture in the room is a bit old and the terrace could use more care. But the price for the stay, considering location and room cleanliness makes all these easily overlooked.

The location is very good, and the view of the harbour is amazing. The managers Ken and Francesco are very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I recommend it to everyone! :)

The furniture was a bit old school in our room :) Neighbours were loud (but this is not the manager/hotel problem's)

I cant express how good our stay was in this apartment. Everyrhing was perfect, the room was nice and cozy. The view from our room Is pretty nice, but the view from the shared terrace on the Marsaskala port Is just stuning. The owner Mr. Ken Is really hospitable, he made sure that our stay was perfect and helped us a lot, but the best thing about this apartment Is the Price! Its cheap compared to what you get in return.

Ken is extremely kind, with every tiny questions we could go to him and he answered immediately if we had any requests. We felt during the holiday that the focus is on us and everything is for our comfortable and joyful holiday. Thank you very much.

The bathroom needs renovation

The location is really nice, awesome view and everything. You have a shared kitchen (the dishes are dirty, the water pot was in a really bad condition) but it was livable.

It was not really clean, tiles were broken, the bathroom was really small but cant complain for the price.

A lovely room with a view to the port of Marsascala. The host, Ken, is fantastic and so are the cleaning staff. The terrace on the roof has a great view, specially in the night. Loved the Jacob's brew cafe downstairs too.

The fridge in the kitchen had an awful smell inside. I guess you can't stop people from putting smelly food inside so I don't blame the host.

Perfect for what we needed, a one night stay in a beautiful little seaside town, can do an amazing 1 hour walk from the aparthotel to St Peters Pool. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, view on the terrace is stunning. Staff that we were communicating were so friendly and helpful! Loved this find!

Nothing really, my expectations were too high for such a good price and in that sense it completely exceeded them :)

The host is very friendly. The room is great, it has everything you need. . But the location is super, there is a great terrace on the roof where you can enjoy the view of the city.

However, we were disappointed by the equipment in the kitchen, which does not offer a hot plate, so you cannot prepare food except in the microwave or toaster. If you don't like cooking then that's great

The location and the staff excellent

The restroom was dirty when arrives, the towels were changed because we asked 4 days later. I think with little more love this place can be a jewel

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful and perfect location to enjoy this area of Malta. Ken was really kind and helpful all the time.

I believe this particular apartment should not be offered during winter time until some heating is installed in the living room.

Ken has been very helpful and cooperative since day 1. We arrived 2 hours before the general check-in time - the room was provided -, and whenever we had questions, within minutes he would reply. He explained everything to details.

- As shown on the pictures the furniture is old (which is fine, as you get what you booked), however our room didn't have a coat rack, nor a cupboard. - There's no cleaning during your stay, unless you pay a fee of 20 EUR. Yes, there is a printed paper in the elevator to advise you about this, HOWEVER, this should have been mentioned in the description of the accomodation, on booking. This may be misleading. - The bathroom : There is a strong smell coming from the bathroom, also the tidiness of it is questionable. Ex: the attached pictures

This hotel had a lovely view over the harbour. It was very well located for many restaurants, a promenade that wrapped the waterside, and easy access to buses into Valetta.

Ken is the best host! So welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us, made us feel right at home. The location is also on point : there's everything you need, it's a nice area, quiet with a sea view and with some good food not too far from the guesthouse

Very good location, close to the bus stop, caring and helpful owner. Beautiful view from the terrace where you can have breakfast. Near the pizzeria, pastry shop and grocery store. Luggage can be stored after check-out. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as dishes

Great location and very friendly host willing to help with all questions! Clean rooms, towels and hair dryer included.

Internet is working but could be bit faster.
