The location is great for going out and exploring. All areas were clean and equipped.

We had a few issues trying to work some of the tv’s.

days before I asked the owner for the location of the place by message in the app and he never sent it, I tried to arrive with the location that was in the app and it was not correct, I had to contact the owner by cell phone to send me the correct location of the place this represents a delay in arrival, check in was at 3:00 pm, we arrived at 4:00 pm and the apartment was not ready, they were cleaning it and they finished at 5:45 pm, I communicated these inconveniences to the owner and He did not offer any satisfactory solution, not even a late check out or something similar. That same night we were without electricity for 10 hours (for which there is no emergency generator) which turned out that in the morning the pool was dirty and could not be used until almost noon and the last day we left at 11:00 a.m. and they never cleaned the pool, unfortunate to waste the money in this way.

the main bathroom the drainage was obstructed which created the situation of flooding to one of the bedrooms. The second bathroom was nasty with mold in the shower curtain and stains on the tub. The washer did not work. They use cleaning products with a lot of fumes. The chairs of the dining table had stains, too. We were in communication with the owner. We explained the situation after I asked for refund all communications stopped. We did not complete the stay.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, has everything you need (including beach equipment, games) and beyond. It has access to the roof with sitting areas and two lovely balconies. Located not far from San Juan and the must-see places and in a secure complex with free parking. There are also nice pools in the complex.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, without an elevator. Upon entering the apartment, we discovered dozens of flies, which accompanied us for four days, half of the time we stayed in the apartment. The owner said that the previous guests were probably not very hygienic. Indeed, the dishes in the kitchen were also sticky. After 4 days, one of the toilets got clogged and flooded the bathrolm floor. We informed the owner, but nothing was done. We had 6 people use one bathroom for four days. Our inquiries to the owner were not answered. Neither did our requests for a compensation. In addition, the complex's gym is outdated and the key is not always in the security office. Access to the beach is closed. All of these damaged our stay experience.

Plenty of room and well stocked with everything needed for a worry free stay. The roof top area was outstanding. The roof top was a great area to relax and to have coffee in the mornings.

The only thing were the stairs, but that was my fault for not thinking about that. Worn out old knees don’t like that many stairs. Again, that was my fault for not realizing it. Overall, everything was great.

The condo was nice and clean.
