Cute Rooney , very clean. Nice walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Great stuff for the beach. Master toilet runs at time and needs to be fixed. Patio faces the parking lot so no view. However the south spa has a lovely few and very relaxing. Overall nice place.

Our family of four enjoyed our experience here. The location is perfectly close to everything- the beach, grocery stores, the marina, and restaurants. It’s clean, pretty quiet and in a spectacular neighborhood. The unit itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach towels and games to an air fryer and Keurig! This place will not disappoint!

Overall we had a great stay. There were a few issues with the plumbing but overall it was a wonderful space and location.

The condo is nicely laid out and spacious. Very well appointed and lots of nice little touches like coffee , snacks and wine when you arrive, extra toothbrushes, vanity kits and deodorant etc. they have a french press and kettle as well as a Keurig. Jordan the manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I didn’t need it but they had a crib and high chair as well as a blow up mattress, in addition to the pull out sofa. The laundry room with brand new HE washer and dryer was nice to have. The complex has 24-hr security at the gate. Plenty of nearby parking in addition to the assigned spot. The unit is at ground level. The hot tub and pool area were nice too. This is a very quiet complex, and Dana Point has a 10 pm noise ordinance that apparently is strictly enforced according to the signage in the unit. We only heard neighbors once, but the walls are thin enough that when walking up to the front door I could hear my family talking at normal volume, so this is not a place for a rowdy group or anyone wanting to play loud music. My only constructive comments…bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they only supplied one small tube of each per bathroom; and be aware that the kitchen table is very tiny (theoretically seating for 6 but the table itself is just very small, we couldn’t fit a 1000 piece puzzle on it).

This was a great rental for our family of 5. We were visiting extended family and this unit had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I really appreciated the little amenities like k-cups, great Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The little things made for a great stay!

Nice and clean townhouse located in gated community. Parking just a few steps from front door on first floor which is great for hauling luggages. Plenty of shared living space. Compliment Keurig coffee and goodies are nice. In-unit laundry is very convenient. 2 bathrooms a plus. Master bath is little dated and could use some updates such as new elongated toilet. Bathroom wall still has unpainted repair patches.

We had an excellent stay, and the property was extremely clean, accessible, and family friendly. It was also stocked as well as any hotel as far as linens/towels that made this an easy stay. We had a great time, and look forward to staying again!

This condo is extremely clean and well appointed. Liked that it is on the first floor of the condo building. Everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Is there. Our only disappointment was the distance to the beach. A 1 mile walk with chairs etc is not so easy for old timers. The drive is short though and parking is easy, except on weekends when you probably want to get there early. There is no view from the condo. The pool is also lovely and quiet.

This home is very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our family of four. We flew into the area and didn't make it to the condo until well after midnight. But Sherri had everything perfectly teed up and made it super easy for us. We also appreciated that there was coffee and other treats in the home to help us get up and going the next morning. Being able to walk to the beach is nice. There's also a farm stand and other shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway accommodations at a quiet relaxing complex surrounded by beautiful sunsets and viewscapes. Rental was equipped with all essentials and extra special touches. Hosts are attentive and responsive. Their attention to detail is extraordinary.

The owner/ manager of this property crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s. Exceptional detail in decor and special touches helped make us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
