Thank you for sharing this condo. Four ladies, friends for 40+ years were comfortable and delighted with the amenities and the view. Great beach walks and sunrises. Great electronics when the weather turned rainy. Lovely decor. Just perfect.

The property was in a great location. The place was fully updated and loved the outside air conditioned porch. It was the perfect size for our week long vacation with our adult kids. The one negative: It was not as clean as I expected. Dusty, stains on the carpets and furniture, chipped dishes. It could be that we rented at the end of the summer season and it just needs a good cleaning.

It’s clean and comfortable. The air conditioned porch (beach-side) is fabulous space. My family enjoyed what felt like their private beach here.

Beautiful property! Only negative comments - primary bedroom mattress was really dirty when we stripped The bed. Code to door leading to beach access steps either wasn’t provided or didn’t work. This is a really nice condo and is well appointed. It’s a fantastic location and other than the mattress issue was very clean.

This property is a perfect beach front location being only 50 yards from the beach, gorgeous views, and a nearly private beach. Plenty of comfortable space for our family of 8. Large screen tv's in every room, although we never watched tv. Property has been tastefully redone. Porch is where everyone spent time together if not on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was great for our family of five! It had great beach access, to an uncrowned beach where we surfed, boogie boarded, and found lots of shark teeth! The condo it equipped with anything you may need, and communication with the rental agency was quick and efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing beachfront condo! Clean and spacious. Every detail was thought of. Loved the 2 master BR’s with bathrooms for this couples trip. Will definitely return!

This oceanfront condo is definitely the place to stay. The sunrise every morning is breathtaking! Just walking out the door to the beach is an added bonus. The sunroom was our favorite room. We spend most of our time there. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.There are also drawers full of books and puzzles to entertain us. Although we worked on a thousand piece puzzle for 3 days only to find out three pieces were missing. We left a note on the box for the owners. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Easy access to beach while privacy is maintained within condo. Only 10 minutes from great restaurants and basic needs for any meal preparation. Would definitely revisit on future trips to this area.

Wonderful stay with my family at this great condo! Loved the location right in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach! Would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again! It was right on the beach and well stocked with everything we needed!

We rented this property for the Georgia Florida football weekend. The owners clearly take pride and keep this property meticulously maintained. We try to treat it like it was our own and loved it so much for coming back next year!

This home is as described and as pictured. It is really a beautiful place right on the ocean, and comfortably accommodated my 6 adult relatives.

Great property and vacation home. Beautiful spot right on the beach with wonderful neighbors. Great location in Ponte Vedra. Close to all amenities - restaurants, golf, fitness (yoga/Pilates), shopping and hotels and spas.

After picking up the check-in keys upon arrival, we realized that we were unable to get into the property as they had not provided us with the passcodes for either the front or back doors, merely a key to the common foyer. We called for assistance and were finally able to access the property through the front door. We were not provided with the garage door openers either which made parking extremely difficult. I did call the management company repeatedly throughout the week asking for not only the garage door openers but also the passcode for the back door which is how you access the beach. Literally nothing from these clowns - no courtesy callback, no keys, no garage door opener, nothing. We had to have our sons run around to the back access and open the garage from the inside every time we came and went and were unable to lock the back door while on the beach - which is a security issue for certain. Adding to our difficulties, the wifi passcode provided was incorrect and the sheets were filthy on both double beds, so we needed to change them ourselves the first night. If this were my property, I would terminate this mismanagement company immediately as the condo itself would have been lovely without such issues.

Everything was good except for the shower & tub in the master bathroom. Tub drained extremely slow. Shower wouldn’t turn on all the way because the lever was stuck between the faucet & the shower- not allowing either to come on completely. The open kitchen was very nice too.

Pros: The location of this property is fantastic and super convenient to the beach with easy access way; however, that's unfortunately where it ends. Cons: The disappointment was the actual property condition and much of this may be due to property management. Upon first arrival the house smelled of smoke and is supposed to be non-smoking unit, luckily I live locally so I was able to accommodate my guests for one night while the place was cleaned again so I lost one full night and it was not refunded or even offered and I did ask for compensation for this night as it recovered well but not fully until we aired out the unit really well. Simple remedies and the place is great but no actions. Overall bedding was in need of service, washing, and possibly replacement as it smelled bad and was very dirty to the point we removed it into closets for the stay. The master shower never worked properly as you could not pull up the shower activater due to corrosion (again reported right away to mgmt co twice with no action at all again $200.00 fixture replacement and labor at worst. Parking is underneath and there is only one designated parking space which you really do need 2 for the unit if you have friends visiting locally. Additional suggestion to owner, might consider removing the large armoire and placing larger television over fireplace for night time movies, the existing one is very small for that area. Week-end très agréable passé dans cette magnifique maison. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (un peu fraîche quand même à cause de la température extérieure) et du grand jardin. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Un beau gite, un bel extérieur. Cependant, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine qui ne serait praticable qu'en juillet-août selon les propriétaires. Or,cela n'est notifié ni sur l'annonce ni dans les échanges avec eux. Très déçue : j'avais choisi cette location spécifiquement pour la piscine.
