The property was great.... longer walk to the beach than what we expected. The house was beautifully decorated and clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fairly stocked. Thank you for all the beach chairs, toys, boards, etc...that we could borrow. Makes for easier packing. All in all a fantastic time

We have out children and grands down every year and rent a house on the beach for them. This house was perfect for the 14 of them and Beachrose the property manager was incredible. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, as well as several different gathering/seating areas. The house was spotless, and was well stocked with towels, paper products, dish detergent, etc. The kitchen was also well stocked. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. It was cool during our visit but I did see beach chairs, boogie boards, etc available for use in warmer months. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Atlantic Beach!

We have stayed here for the last two summers and love the house. It is great for large family gatherings and has everything we need for a fun week at the beach. The kitchen is well appointed, and the owners are very responsive. We have already reserved a week in 2025!

We loved our stay! Lots of room for everyone to stretch out. The beds were really comfortable and the decor throughout the house was fabulous.
The trek to the beach was long, but other than that, we enjoyed our week at the beach!

What a great house! Our extended family of 15 loved all the amenities this house had to offer. From the large lot with extra parking, to all the spacious areas to spread out and not be on top of each other, the extensive deck space and backyard sand pit for games and not to mention all the swivel chairs (wouldn’t think that would be a plus, but they were!). We have stayed in so many beach houses over the years, this one was by far exceeded expectations with beautiful furnishings, fixtures and artwork. We enjoyed being so close to shops and the circle, walking every day instead of having to jump in our cars. The house was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and spices- something many beach house rentals don’t have. We look forward to coming back next year- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family! We will miss watching the dolphins every morning from the decks!

We enjoyed a holiday weekend at the beach house. It was so much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room to play board games, do puzzles, and eat. Beds were really comfortable and house was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies, paper products,
and basic toiletries. And we appreciated the simple check out of leaving beds unmade and towels in bathrooms. Location was great. Walkable to some shops and restaurants. We were able to see dolphins swim by every day. Overall, excellent stay.

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. l
You really made my our daughter's beach wedding exact vision come true and I am so grateful! The venue ( The Beach House )and set up looked stunning!! . So thank you guys again for hosting us and making their wedding such a memorable experience for not only the bride and groom in their family, but also all the attendees!!

Very clean and perfectly appointed. Excellent parking accommodations for such a large property! Very spacious with cozy areas for intimate conversations! Sand pit play area was a hit with the children! Will be 1st choice for booking next year, if not sooner!

The house was everything we hoped for. Spacious rooms. Wonderful for large gatherings and being able to both have your own space but gather for meals and visiting. The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels and wash rags, games, cleaning supplies, and beach gear. It was exactly what we wanted!

I stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with my family. House is updated and spacious. There was 12 of us- 4 nephews, 2 siblings and their spouses, my maid of honor and my mom and dad. We all felt comfortable and had plenty of space with the bedroom layout across 3 floors. The views are amazing and there is great natural light. In fact the space was so gorgeous that my photographer decided to do our first look and a few photos there. Thank you again for an awesome beach weekend!

Had an awesome stay! The house comfortably fit all 17 of us. The access to the beach was great and we appreciated the house having a few chairs and toys to play with.
The bathrooms were fine, but the doors that connected into each bedroom either didn’t close or didn’t close all the way.
Speaking of bathrooms, there was not enough toilet paper for 17 ppl staying 4 days and 3 nights. We ended up having to go buy about 24 rolls to make it through the weekend.
Other than that, the house had everything we needed and was just an overall perfect house and location for our big group!

This property is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The house is gorgeous, with incredible views of the dunes and ocean. We enjoyed so much time on the multiple levels of decks, and loved the private beach access through the dunes. The bedrooms had ample space, and the host left all the beach amenities you would need! The check in process was very easy, and the host very communicative and kind. Not to mention, the house was on a quiet road with little traffic and a large private driveway, in the heart of Atlantic Beach for a fantastic location. We are definitely going to be planning another stay here!

This property and home are gorgeous. Very spacious and provided general amenities for bathrooms. As a note there are a lot of stairs and no elevator, if you have an elderly family member or someone who can’t get around easily. We had a bit of AC troubles but the owners were very responsive and helped resolve it quick! Highly recommend!!

This property was perfect for our group of 4 families. The kitchen was fully stocked & the bathrooms included hotel like amenities. The VRBO listing is 100% accurate and the host is super responsive. Our adult children were very happy to find king beds & double bunks instead of being jammed into twin bunk beds. We are an active group and the neighborhood is perfect for walking, running or cycling. Visiting Fort Macon on a bike, or on foot, is a great morning adventure. An all-around great place for a family get away!!

Everything about Seafire was a notch above other cottages we have rented at Atlantic Beach for over 20 years. Don’t bring anything because they provide everything. Our family of 15 loved the space to be together when we wanted and to be apart when we needed.

Walking to the beach is treacherous, the best with the hot sand. It’s really bad and no elevator in the house for floors is really hard unpacking and packing.

This house is beautiful with spectacular ocean views. We had 19 people stay comfortably. There was plenty of dining space for us to have meals together. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and basic needs. The decks were great for hanging out and being able to watch activity on the beach. Short walk to the circle. Management responded quickly to answer questions and accommodate our need for grilling tools. We brought kitchen and bath towels based on previous reviews and am glad we did because they were needed with such a large group. There was a nice long driveway and parking was never an issue even with a lot of cars. Will definitely book again!!

This property surpassed our expectations in terms of space and proximity to the beach. We had some weather but because we were right there, we could run down the path and enjoy some ocean time whenever the weather allowed for a while. There were lots of toys and boogie boards. We loved the outdoor shower and the stocked kitchen so we could stay in to eat. The bedrooms were private and the beds very comfortable. The lowest level and the bunkbed room were great for the kids, as well as the extra refrigerator on that level. It would have been helpful to have more nice shower towels, bath towel mats and more kitchen towels and sponges. Also, an instruction book with information about trash, check-in and out procedures, etc. would have been appreciated.

We had a small family gathering and it was amazing. The house was clean well stocked and well appointed with everything we needed. The weather was tricky but the large home allowed ups to enjoy the views out of the high winds. It was fabulous!! I highly recommend the property and the gracious hostess. She was spot on!!

We had a great time and a great view. Access to the beach is great, you can jump on and take a walk. Porch sitting is a must. The house was great and a plus to have king beds in 6 rooms. It makes it really nice. Will go back for an annual girls trip.

The whole family absolutely loved their stay at this gorgeous and comfortable house. It is positioned perfectly behind the dunes with wide open views. The house is light filled and beautifully decorated; the kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms comfortable and spacious. The owners were very responsive to questions and quick to sort out a frozen pipe issue during this past Christmas freeze. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful! Decorated nicely. However, we had several issues. The chairs around the breakfast table were wobbly. One of our guests had to turn them all upside down and tighten all the screws. There was no frying pan large enough to accommodate 11 people. Nor was there the requested drip coffee pot. I called the contact and they made sure we had those two items that evening. But that was the last we heard from them. I called them 2 or 3 times asking where the outside garbage cans were. No one ever got back to me. We just left the trash bags in the laundry room. The step down from the kitchen to the porch is extremely dangerous. Very slippery. Three of our guests fell down stepping outside. One hurt their back and was sore for several days. If those negatives become positives, I can reasonably say that we would consider staying there again.

I rented this house for my bridal party to stay during my wedding weekend. It was perfect because 6 of the 7 bedrooms had king beds. You will be hard pressed to find another house in the area with 6 king beds. Communication was excellent with the property manager. She even went above and beyond and shipped an item back to my friend who left something in the house, free of charge. We had a great time and the house was perfect.

This house is one of the more incredible properties I've been to. Extremely spacious, easy access to the beach, and a short walk to multiple bars and restaurants.

We had a large group of friends and family spend the week at this amazing home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the layout worked perfectly! It’s a great location, we walked and biked to breakfast, dinner, and shops. Property management was very responsive and the week couldn’t have gone better! I can’t recommend this house enough, we truly hated to leave!
