We enjoyed our stay at the home. Our one and only issue was the hot water. Our showers were cold all week long. We attempted many many times to just give it time for the water to “warm up” and it did not. Every shower was cold in both bathrooms so that was a little frustrating however everything else was great!

Great house in a central location for reaching beaches, ballparks, etc. house was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed. Would recommend for families.

4 adults taking a weeklong trip. House was well furnished, clean, spacious, plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking around site seeing. Nice neighborhood, neighbors were friendly. Sheriff lived in the neighborhood (car parked in street a few doors down) so that was reassuring :) I have hyper sensitive skin so I happily surprised how soft and good the water was! Made a huge difference to me!Couple of suggestions to property owner - clarify that when opening the door with keypad, once you punch in the number, and it turns green, you need to turn the deadbolt knob above it to enter. Once we got that figured out when we got there after a long day of traveling, we were set.Would recommend an on demand or bigger water heater. There were only 4 of us that do not take long showers and two days I had to take a cold shower. No coffee needed to wake up that day :)Overall great time had. Thank you for opening your property to us!

Positives: Well laid out 3 bed/2 bath bungalow in good location, Nice and clean with a good selection of crockery and cooking utensils. A great Jacuzzi.
Negatives: Property let down by having only one TV. We are used to TV's in the bedrooms especially with young children. Additionally no cable available so a very restricted viewing of channels which we have never encountered before and a strong negative. .Unable to freely control the air-conditioning controls as they were managed remotely by owner so we had to ring the agent if we needed to change the controls. Never encountered this before and an unnecessary irritation. The quality of beds was not high with poor quality pillows.
Overall a good property, but let down by lack of amenities we are used to finding in this price of property.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. A nice neighborhood. It was a short drive to the beach. Very nice.

Christmas with family
This house was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen sons. We came to spend time with family. It was large enough for us to host one of the dinners.

Nice Hot Tub
Overall it was good. It was hot in the house and no way to turn the thermostat down. The last day when we tried to wash the towels per the instructions the washer hose busted and water leaked everywhere. But they responded to the email and hopefully got it fixed for the next guests.

We absolutely loved it
We hope to rent this property many times in the future. We loved everything about it! Even gave us some ideas for our own home! 10/10 would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great house.
Everything was perfect. House was immaculate. We came down for a family wedding, so we spent most of our time with family. Wish we could have tried the hot tub.

This home is beautifully updated and was very clean. The quiet, comfortable neighborhood is a few miles from downtown Dunedin (a lively small town with breweries, restaurants and live entertainment), and is automobile dependent; nothing much within walking distance, unless you are content with walking the local residential streets. The home was comfortable, safe and stress-free, and the hot tub was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. The management was highly responsive to our questions. Top marks for quality and cleanliness; however there were a few downsides. The listing advertised cable/satellite TV, but there was only something called Samsung+ that didn't include any channels we'd ever heard of [no network stations, no ESPN, CNN, etc]. Internet was acceptable speed and with good coverage throughout the house, but the router was old and required near daily rebooting. Overall a solid property and we enjoyed our stay.
